I'm still at 182 this morning, although towards the lower end of 182 so I'm really hoping a weekends worth of exercising will push it down to 181. Slow and steady wins the race!

Wow you are really dedicated, I don't know if I could fast that much...maybe once a week. I get super crabby and light headed if I don't eat often enough. Although if I eat a decent meal the day before I could probably handle it. Maybe I will give it a try and see what happens...Tuesday might be a good day as I don't have work that day and will probably eat more than usual on Monday. I will let you know what I do!
182.6 today!! I am fully expecting to bounce though because I had a few drinks last night and so far drinking doesn't come without it's penalties. Oh well off to play tennis

Riestrella, AWESOME!! Super close! I am the same height as you, and at 181.8 I was no longer obese, wonder if there is a slight variation in the calculators!! Maybe you are already no longer obese!! Lol, its the best feeling ever!!
Supergirl, alcohol will totally mess with you! Drink lots of water and wash it out! You wil be down in no time!
179.6. Scale just hasnt budged in 3 days, and I am not comfortable enough to move out of here at that weight. I could eat one bad thing and go back over 180 so I am stuck here until there is a bigger dip that is sustained for a couple days.

jaimie1980, congrats on making it into the 170s. I feel the same way. I think I'll wait a few days to see if I can make it to 178-177 before leaving the thread.

It does feel good especially since a few days ago, I was really wondering if I would meet any of the goals I had set for my summer challenges. Both are a little past the halfway point, and I want to be at 168 by the second week of August.

Drat! I'm back up to 188.6 - I wouldn't mind, except I was soooo good about what I ate yesterday. I didn't celebrate the 4th with any booze. And I went on an 8 mile bike ride. Oh well, I knew this wasn't going to be easy!
