I haven't weighed in this week. I'm out of town, so it will be another week before I weigh in. Fingers crossed for that 179 by then!

The 180s are my worst yet lol, my body just looooooves it here. I hoped to be OUT by the end of the month . . . Maybe when af leaves she will bring these 2 pounds with her. . .

I started drinking Whey shakes after lifting, so either the protein is helping me build more muscle or I've plateaued. Been around 182-183 for the past week.

I guess this gets a crazy smiley face.

transporter! Thats great! A pound away from saying goodbye to the stupid 180s

thais & aliquot & Lurker- being stuck is the pits, so frustrating!

So yeah, still sitting pretty at 181 lol. Still hoping AF will take these 2 pounds Im itching to shed with her . . . maybe today's run will help that along. My official weigh in is thursday, and I would LOVE to move my ticker and meet that next goal . . . Overweight BMI here I come!
