Congrats PageLynn and aliquot!

Things are going pretty well. Planning can still be hard, but when I realized that I had forgotten my snack today I was able to find a yogurt at the mini-mart at school. I'm also loving the feeling that comes from eating a little cleaner. It wasn't an issue all the time, but there were certainly some unhappy afternoons after eating something too greasy the past few months xP

I am really excited over my weigh in though. When I got back on the forum I had bumped by profile weight up from my low of 182.5 to 184, since I figured that I might have gained a few back and hadn't weighted in a while. But when I got on tonight, I was at 182! So I have probably dropped a pound since I started back this week, but part of me was afraid that my guess of just going up a few had been wrong, and that I had gained more then I thought. Now its like my fresh start is complete and I'm ready to keep going.

Im stuck. Again. I was hoping this wouldnt happen SO soon after my last stint of being stuck at 185.
180, I officially loath you. I hope today's run will help drop me to 170 Im trying to be positive about it, 18o is so much better than the 212 I was a couple months ago.

aliquot- WOOHOO!

I typed that I wanted to drop to 170 on my last post, though that would be awesome lol, it would be a miracle. I meant 179. My run was good, so I expect a nice 179 in the AM lol. I deserve it. Its been a week now, and other that that ONE day that I had 5 chicken wings and 2 slices of pizza (LOL) I have been awesome

Hey guys, good to see people doing well!

Things are still good for me, down another pound since I last posted here. So close to 70lbs lost, I can almost taste it! In some ways its almost hard to think about, or picture how much weight that is, or was on my body.

I've gotten back in the kitchen the last few days, which mixed results (lol). I tried to make some oat bars, but well, I'll just say quick oats =/= rolled oats, and I'll leave it at that. Last night's dinner was great though. I made fried cabbage with sausage, which I had never made before. It was quick, easy, tasty, and low cal. I found some good turkey sausage for 90 cal as serving, sprayed the pan with pam and cooked 2 serving. Then I just added 2 cups cabbage, salt, pepper, pepper flakes, and a little water to wet the bottom of the pan and let it cook. It was so low cal I could have one of Trader Joe's frozen baguettes and still not reach my 400 cal dinner limit I admit, cooking has been one of the greatest parts of weight loss for me. There are so many good foods that I had avoided cause I assumed I wouldn't like them. I mean, I probably wouldn't have believed you 1 year ago if you told me I would enjoy eating a plate of cabbage.

So... I was just perusing the main page of the 20-somethings forum and looking for new posts. I have gotten so used to just kind of scrolling past the 180s, 170s, 160s, etc. threads because I haven't been anywhere near them! Randomly, today, I was scrolling along and saw the 180s thread and a lightbulb went off - hey, I'm in the 180s now! ...weird feeling, I must say. 30 pounds down and here I am! It's nice to be here, but I cannot wait to leave!

186.6. The lowest adult weight I have ever seen on the scale is 185.2. Can't wait to beat it and then some!

Man, I saw 182.5 when I stepped on the scale three times this morning, then I let it shut off and turned it back on and I was 183 lol.

Hey, I'm brand new to this site! I've already started my weight loss journey, and am looking for new inspiration. I started at 186 three weeks ago (my heaviest EVER), and am now at 179 for a week. So My first post is leaving the 180's! Cheers to everyone working towards their weight loss goals here!
