hello ishisnowcone! congrads. i've been so far off course these last 2 weeks excersize wise i dont know how i've now managed to get down to 180.6 but all that is changing im starting the 30 day shred today! its back on track time for me!
183.4 this morning!!!!! The scale hadn't moved in over a week before Monday (if anything I had gained a couple pounds), but now the weight is just falling off each day. I've been really committed to eating well and counting calories this week and that is definitely helping. Now I just have to start incorporating more exercise. I'm too broke to join the gym (Law School definitely makes you broke and the cheapest gym by my apartment in Boston is $59/month). So, it is EA Active on Wii and Exercise TV for now and when it gets warmer out maybe I will start walking/jogging!
Sweetpeach First year is by far the hardest, if you make it through exams you are good to go We are actually in Swampscott, do you live right in Boston? Are you from around here?
So, I guess that two pounds that haunted me yesterday was just water weight or something, because I'm back down to 183.4 today! :-) :-) :-)
I thought I would never escape the 180s, because I've been about the same size for years, but I lost 3.3 pounds this week and it is just making me realize I can do it! And now I am reaching the low-end of the 180s!!! Yay!
