i'll be up the next time i weigh in, i'm still going to try and keep doing what i was doing except this weekend i'm indulging after the stress getting ready for my friends wedding has caused.

Whatever. Birthday yesterday. Weight holding steady-ish. Passover ends tonight. Tomorrow I eat cake that my bf's mom made me. Extremely stressed out because it is the end of the semester. THE END!

I must be in a WHOOSH! stage because I weighed in at 188.0 today -- which makes sense since I held at 190/189.5 for almost two weeks on plan and exercising 3x a week.

BONUSES:
- The loads of motivation from weighing in .5 lbs lighter than yesterday -- which may seem ridiculous because I look exactly the same. I can't wait to go on my run after work.
- This is finals week for me. Actually, my final finals week as I'm graduating on May 7. Normally I put on between 5 and 10 pounds during finals, but this time I'm losing weight.
- 187.0 Is my halfway point. 28 lbs down and 27 to go.

i was shocked i was sure i put back on 5 pounds after having several drinks, eaten everything i could find that i wanted and easter candy which i did not touch (i did steal my kid's chips ahoy thing and inhaled it)

I woke up this morning and found I finally reached the 180s! I'm currently 189 at the moment, but this is huge for me! I haven't been out of the 190s in SO many years! I'm so fricken excited!!

ACK! IT WON"T GO AWAY! I was finally out of the 180's, down to 179, but this morning, it's back up to 180! UGH! I know it's because I ate a lot of salty things over the weekend (staying under my calorie goals, and going for a walk), and i'm just holding fluids as my grama says, but it's just so frustrating to see it go back up when I was so excited to see the 80's go away

I feel your pain. I'm still holding strong at 188.0 but that's cause my TOM is this week, so I guess I should be happy I haven't gained?

I know it's because of all the salty foods I ate over the weekend, but it is the most frustrating thing to watch the scale go back UP. URGH! I don't even want to think about my TOM. I've told the boyfriend to hide the scale!

...so I was bored and weighed myself in the middle of the day today (I know, I know!) and I was 179.5. TOMORROW HAD BETTER BE GOOD.
