I must be in a WHOOSH! stage because I weighed in at 188.0 today -- which makes sense since I held at 190/189.5 for almost two weeks on plan and exercising 3x a week.
BONUSES:
- The loads of motivation from weighing in .5 lbs lighter than yesterday -- which may seem ridiculous because I look exactly the same. I can't wait to go on my run after work.
- This is finals week for me. Actually, my final finals week as I'm graduating on May 7. Normally I put on between 5 and 10 pounds during finals, but this time I'm
losing weight.
- 187.0 Is my halfway point. 28 lbs down and 27 to go.
