Mish that is G-R-E-A-T!!! What is IF? And you started in March and you are down 51 pounds???? Holy smokes lady! What is your plan? Sign me up! (o:

Riestrella- 182 is soooo close, you will get there in no time!! Stay with it!

I weighed 179.6 today, but again, I am not getting my hopes up. I will wait till I see a 17## for a few days before I take the plunge back to the 170's. My weights have been way too inconsistent so I am content hanging here until its a firm number. Sad to say, it takes some of the glory away when you have seen the 170's before and neglected to stay there. But when I hit those 160's, there will be a party up in here!!

Yeah, I wish that you could actually put in more info like your measurements or something. But even if it's not that accurate it's still fun.

LOL I needed to add rolls. My model had a smooth flat stomach, just a big one! They need a "muffin top" option!

I also have a "built-in" muffin top. This model has definitely never had kids or she's using Spanx!

Oh, and her arms? way too thin...

almost done with this trimester. hopefully the 4 pounds i've gained will go away once the stress does. I haven't been able to workout or eat right because of it and i'm very disappointed in myself.

Mish that's amazing! I'd love to hear more detail about your days, cause that plan is obviously working for you. I have PCOS with insulin resistance so I have a hard time losing. I am always looking for new ideas...trying something new always motivates me. That is an amazing accomplishment, no matter how you cut it. The IF is a great idea too, do you do it after a certain number of days then?

Hi Jaimie. The IF is amazing for me, because im a snacker & it just takes ALL the pressure off eating in the day. Also it means i can have a "decent sized" meal at the end. (not a binge dont get me wrong) but a good sized meat portion & tons of veg. How many times a week i do it, completly depends on my work pattern. I like to do it on Dog show days as im busy so i dont miss eating, if im working late its no good because i need to grab a late lunch normally so i tend to do it if ive a evening off. So normally do it once ortwice a week.
So id for example have my dinner on say Tues evening & not have anything again until Weds evening.
On Non IF days i try to stick low cal, cereal for breakie, Fruit for lunch or chicken & small meat/veg evening meal.

I drink tons of water throughout the day. I will have coffee on my IF days if i want it.

Basically this time around, im chosing stuff to fit in WITH ME instead of changing me to fit in with a plan. Low carb is def theway forward for me.
Im not exercising , but i have a active job so im pretty fit anyway. tons of legging it around (Dog trainer & dog walker!)

Anyways................ the GOOD NEWS IS...today 179! So if im still there on monday see ya on the other side!

to add, i dont like doing IF two days on the trot, If i had the time/ work pattern, id do one day (low cal/carb) on one day off (IF /low carb) as a ideal.
