I was -this- close but then I went up almost 2 pounds. I hope I'll be out of here soon though.
The reason I've never posted on here is because I've never seen it come up on the recently posted threads so I thought it was abandoned and I was the only 180's girl left. Guess not!
I've got a much longer way to go than you two! BUT WE CAN DO THIS. WE WILL GET TO THAT 170S THREAD. ...hopefully they won't all be in some 160s thread by that time lol
i finally got downo to 183.4 and then the NEXT DAY here comes tom and back up to 185.0 but hopefully by sunday at my weight in tom will be a memry and i can get down to 181 becuase by god i will be in the 170's next week!!!!!!! lol oh and dont feel alone ladies i've been here forever lol its like a second home, but not for long!!!

Mdchick88: i know ive been wanting a facebook page forever but i know people that will loook for me that havent seen me sinch high school when i weighed 120 pounds and that was only 5 years ago so i was thinking that about 130 ill get me one!
YEaYa! TOm is gone and i'm back where i should be 183.0 so hopelfully only one more week of 180's and then ill be trying to say goodbye to the 170's lol

I'm an au pair in the netherlands. So the weekends I usually go out ot amsterdam or some other big city and party so it makes cal counting and exercise pretty difficult. but this week my weight down .4 lb since friday when i weighed last. only 2 lb till i'm in the 170s!
thanks for the welcome guys! I plan on getting into the 170s hopefully in march, but ill visit the thread to see your progress!
so what makes the cal counting hard Logan? the alcohol calories?

Do you guys weigh yourself weekly or daily? i just started posting in the daily weighers thread.
I weigh every day, usually at least 10 times a day I only count the first one as my weight for the day. It's sometimes frustrating to see fluctuations (up .8 today... ergh!) but it keeps me accountable. When I weigh in once a week, I sometimes slack off for a couple days thinking I can make it up later in the week.
I hope I'll be out of here soon though.
