Hi All! Happy New Year!
I don't know what I weigh right now and won't be hopping on a scale for at least another week. I was 188 before Christmas and DO NOT want to see any number in the 190s so am choosing to be ignorant.
So let's just say I'm 189 lbs. And I'm ready and willing (and a lil bit desperate) to kick this extra cusioning off for good!
ANewMeT, I generally weigh myself first thing in the morning once every couple days. As long as I'm doing that, then I'm keeping myself on plan. I find that as soon as I start slacking on weighing myself, it means I'm slacking on my eating and exercise too. Silly control that little scale has on me.
So what's everyone's motivations right now??
