Arts - I used to live around the block from the gym, so spin class was about 3 minutes away, but I moved closer to work, further from the gym. I just figured since I didn't cancel my membership, I'd drop off my cancellation letter (effective in 30 days) and then just go to class. No spin on Wednesdays though (new schedule...wtf) so I'll be doing that TOMORROW.

I do not hate feet. I have no problem with them. I also have no problem with strangers touching me - I'm very odd - I'm more uncomfortable with people I know touching me than strangers. Intimacy issues? Why yes, yes I have them ;)

The one thing I hate having them do is wax my eyebrows. They always take too much, and then I have pencil thin eyebrows which do NOT look good on me. I do my own or have my cousin thread them, but every time I go to the nail salon its like "oh, you want your eyebrows done? /critical look" NO!!! Back off with the wax, lady.

Ok, so not as bad as I thought. 177.5, I can work that back off in no time. The movie popcorn wasn't even worth it, it was way over-salty and a little stale and I'll have kernels stuck in my teeth for days. Ugh, why did I let myself eat it? :C

Today I'm crazy busy with finals stuff - I have a discussion question and participation to do, a paper to write, and a final draft of my project to finish. Tomorrow I plan on taking my final exam (the great thing about going to school online is that I pick when to take my exams!) so that I can finish everything but participation by tomorrow so that I have tomorrow night and Friday to pack for my trip.

My ski trip just keeps having wrenches thrown into it, though. People keep saying they're not going, then other people want in. It's all giving me a headache because I'm the one who's always left to make everything work. And then today my friend with the worst planning skills ever told me that her final on Monday is at 9 am, not 5pm like she originally told me. So now I have to work around that as well. Ugghhhhh.

Mary- I am the friend who always ends up getting stuck with planning everything as well. I'm meeting my two friends in Zurich in January, and they're already in Europe and speak German and yet I'm the one stuck booking the hostel? Anyway I hope your ski trip works out--ski trips with friends are so much fun!

Arts- Some days all I feel like doing is taking a nice easy walk on the treadmill, but incline walking is actually really tough and I think really good for toning, bc I am always wicked sore the next day.

Ok I just forgot all the other personals I was going to do. Sorry guys. I got on a push to finish my grad school apps last night, so I actually refrained from procrastinating here/facebook etc. And now all my apps are submitted and I just have to wait it out!

So, I don't mind feet and I don't knit...can I still post here?

Everyone with their weird feet hating... I love pedicures and I dont mind feet at all however if someone tried to suck on my toes or something I might freak out

Feral- glad day one went well... When I lost my first chunk of weight I ate ice cream everynight...however since I've been a member here and started my second half I havent eaten it even once on a diet day lol

Soooo old boy... who will now be referred to as the Russian because thats what he has always been called came over last night... I'm very very very overwhelmed with the situation... those stupid butterflies...why is he capable of that and he supposedly wants to be in a relationship with me... now?...and Jacob comes home from his deployment next week...and I have NO clue what to do.... ugh... I wont bore you guys with this whole long horrible story but just know I'm very stressed out

Haley - Thanks, you guys always make me feel better :hug: I'm not so much of a feet hater either, but I will hate you if you stick your feet in my face. And I'm really ticklish so if you don't want to be kicked in the face, don't tickle my face lol. On the boy note, take a deep breath and try to relax. Think about what's best for you and which one would make you happy. Are they both staying around for a while or are they leaving again soon?

The Russian lives close by... Military boy leaves for Germany in Febuary... The Russian has always been trouble though...

Haley - crush boy knows about the tickets because I had to clear the date with him - he just doesn't know I got GOOD seats. And alright, I don't *hate* the Caps - I hate the constant media worshiping of OV. Yes, he's a good hockey player, we get it, please get off his ****. Plus, I'm a Jersey girl always and forever, so cut me some slack :)

(I also hate crabs - please don't kick me out of the state)

Stella - That is so exciting. Last year when we made the play offs I got my brother and I really fantastic seats for his bday. I had to clear the date with him so I kept saying "Oh man I just wish I could've gotten better seats, but its the play offs...." We were walking trying to find beer and I couldn't find some place selling Miller so I asked if we could walk into the first level (where they have people standing checking tickets because they're the better seats) and he says "we can't go in there" and I smirked and said "yes we can!" Our seats were 4 rows up from the glass, right on the goal line. It was phenom!!!!!


Haley - BREATHE.

Right, so today is not going well at all so far and I've only been up for two hours. I just found out that one of my older cats (who has a problem with things being on the floor) went to the bathroom on my best friend's neck cowl when I was blocking it (wetting it and pinning it to stay that shape until it dries) on the floor. I have it soaking in a vinegar and wool wash now, but I'm praying it doesn't felt or shrink because it's 100% wool and I had to hand wash it a bit to make sure the smell came out. UGH UGH UGH and now I'll have to re-block it after it dries so that it's the right shape again.

AND my friend just called to tell me that asking her professor if she could take the exam earlier in the week was a terrible idea because now he's re-thinking not failing her because he thinks she's not taking the course seriously (which technically, she's not - she hasn't gone to class for the last month and photoshopped doctors notes and all because she didn't feel like going to class or she didn't have her work done and instead of doing her work she would play farmville on Facebook). Luckily we have a third car on the lease for the house we're renting, but my mom was going to drive up to check us in (none of us are over 25, which was the age limit to rent the house - my parents were originally going to come but now they don't want to) so now I have to ask my mom to not go shopping at the outlets, which she was excited to do, so that my friend can still come on the trip with us and drive my car back home Sunday night. On top of all of this, her boyfriend also flaked on coming so now I'm short another $75 for the rental fee per person.

It's official, today sucks and I'm going back to bed.

I might need to throw boulders... not just rocks

Mary I missed you- That totally sucks... it sucks when everyone screws you over and people think its ok to be a burden... in general..people suck...except for all of you guys of course

Yesterday, (healthy-food wise) was a disaster...lol! But AF did show up last night so I'm sure that explains some of the constant cravings for chocolate and salt. I didn't eat too much at dinner though. I knew since I didn't make good choices earlier in the day that I could hold back on dinner and still be fine. :) I didn't count my calories, but oh well. Here's to today!
Oh, and about the pedicures...well, I had one and I hated it! LOL! Either I just didn't have a good person doing it or I really do not like people touching/looking at my feet...I really think it was tad bit of both.

Platform: I hope your day gets better as it progresses. I have 2 cats and I have a love/hate relationship with them...haha!

Sgregg - It's just the one cat that has this problem :| Whenever there's towels on the bathroom floor or an area rug or clothes on the floor - she must mark it. It drives me crazy because there's nothing we can do about it. What kills me is that what she went on isn't really washable - it would felt if I put it in the washer and dryer! It was all ready to be wrapped too :C

The crisis is averted because I'm a miracle worker. Can today get better now please?

Mary-Glad you fixed the cowl. I don't know how I would deal with that cat!

sgregg-It must be the moon- it sounds like a lot of us around here are not having good eating days. Just think of the whoosh you'll get at the end of TOM if you stay OP :)

Haley- I love crabs! That was the worst thing about my dad switching jobs from Montgomery County to DC--no more annual office crab feast.

Stellaand Feral- I can't drive anywhere with my friend Sarah on Caps game nights--whenever they score she starts honking Let's Go Caps! no matter where we are (Dupont Circle one time!) She's going to cause a traffic accident one of these days
