Okay, I don't know what happened to me in the last few weeks...but I'm back. :)

I just got crush boy hockey tickets for his birthday/Christmas. oiy.

redliss - I actually just learned to knit a few months ago... I took a class at a yarn shop and loved it! I think it's great for weightloss too because it gives me something to do with my hands while hanging out and watching TV so I don't get the urge to snack when I'm not hungry!

Haley - I know what you mean, I was originally only going to apply to grad programs that didn't require the GRE, but there is one school that I feel like I would be mad at myself if I didn't apply... so I am taking it in 11 days and haven't really started studying yet (last night I studied for, oh, maybe 10 minutes!) I feel like I am probably not going to do well!

Stella - I am actually going to try a kickboxing class at my gym tonight! I have been wanting to go for the past month but I am afraid of embarrassing myself! But tonight I have nothing else going on so I have no excuses... I'm going!

I hope everyone's day is off to a good start! I have only been at work for about an hour and am already counting down the minutes till I get to leave at 5!

So today has been kind of a weird day... a lot of ups and downs. Was really grumpy earlier... now not so grumpy. YAY!


I'm still baking FREAKING COOKIES for work. I will finish up tonight hopefully. Therapy tomorrow.

Today is day 1 of South Beach. Kind of.... I didn't plan out yesterday or go to the grocery store like I was supposed to. We're having left overs from our staff holiday party yesterday so I'm just planning on eating some ham and some green bean salad for lunch today. I'll go by the grocery store on the way home tonight.

PLUS I have to do my homework for therapy tonight/tomorrow. I do have 2 hours between work and therapy so it's totally plausable for me to do it tomorrow but I should probably put some effort into it. LOL

redliss- thanks, im so motivated now!

and stella- thats such a good present, i LOVE hockey. i try to go to at least 3 caps games a season!

Ugh this might need its very own thread but I have been crying for the past hour... I had to go sit outside... Old boy who I love soooooo soooo much who vanished a month ago... emailed me today... I just dont know what to do... I'm happy, I'm sad, I'm confused, I'm super frustrated.... I'll keep you updated... I should probably include the whole story but its 3 years worth of a story... so it would take forever... I'll think about it

Haley - *hugs* I would send you cookies but I'm so tired of looking at them I would be tempted to throw them out of the car on the way to the post office.

Stella - I decided to try SB at the advice of my therapist. Plus, no calorie counting/measuring so I'm giving it a whirl. I did Atkins in the past and it worked well but as we all know when you re-introduce those carbs it all packs back on. Plus carbs/sugar are a HUGE trigger for me. I'm also looking to cut refined carbs/sugars out of my 'life style change' to help stop the binging. That's really the biggest point of me trying this.

Feral - Well good luck :) My mom and sister did South Beach and did really well with it. I can't eat fish, so I was out on that one.

Ashbee - that's so cute!!!

So I'm getting a pedicure tonight. The bottoms of my feet are disgusting and could use some pampering. I might do some Wii Fit tonight (or Guitar Hero) but no running b/c my knees are sore and I want to start Week 3 of C25K tomorrow, so I need all the energy I can get!

I am having a pretty good day... really should be studying or packing but I havnt done much all day. I was down a bit today so thats always good. Only three finals left two on Friday and one on Sat. Did they really think that a sat final was a good idea?? I wish I could just be done alread!

I LOVEEEE pedicures! I used to think I had really ugly feet and I hate feet... my feet, other people's feet.... and then my friend forced me to go and it is HEAVEN!!!!!!

Jealous. I need one soon!
