I was 202.8 yesterday and 202.0 this morning. Woohoo!! I love seeing a loss after a day that my hunger was satisfied ALL day. Makes me excited that I dont have to eat like a rabbit.

Jelbb, don't be down on yourself girl... you know you stayed within calories. Just take a deep breath, drink some more water, and wait until you see tomorrow's #.

Mojo, it's a great feeling knowing that what you're doing is a real lifestyle change that'll last! YAY for the loss
(I wish that I could say the same because I'm ravenous right now due to TOM and feel like chewing on my desk since I've already eaten the snacks I brought)

180.6 today. same as yesterday. which is fine but I'm thinking it'll be up tomorrow because of a wine indulgence night that the hubby and I had yesterday. I had to force myself to get on the scale this morning knowing that it very well could already have gone up.

Chance0421 - Hey girly!! I'm so glad to see you posting around these parts again!! I had been wondering where you had gone to, hehe. And no worries about your birthday--you can't not celebrate your birthday, and so what if your celebration just happened to last a little longer than usual? That's your prerogative, d*mnit! Lol. And I'm sure if you keep pounding it as hard as you have been, you'll be right here with me before you know it.

blissclaire - Hehe, you go ahead and throw away that darn scale if you want to, woman! A little hunk of plastic and metal ain't the boss of YOU--show that scale who's boss! And excuse me, but what exactly is the problem with losing 3.2 lbs? Even if it's less than what you were hoping for, that is still spectacular progress! Well done!

Jelbb - Sheesh, that cursed 30DS really seems to be giving you a run for your money! Especially with you randomly spiking up to 154.6, I mean what the crap is that?! I'm not gonna lie, if I were you, I'd be really flippin' pissed about that, too! But do NOT let the frustration win out... Be more stubborn than the fat! Hehe. You know that if you stay OP, eventually those pounds won't be able to cling to you any longer, so keep on evicting them!

mojolove - YAY, congrats on the the 202 lbs! You are certainly getting veeeery close to Onederland--I'm SO excited for you and can't wait to celebrate with you when you get there!! And OMG I know, isn't it awesome when a day of satisfied eating doesn't mean that you have to spike up? Lol before I started my weight loss I assumed I'd always be starving... And sometimes I am, heh, but most days I'm shocked by how little it actually takes to fill me up! And when I think back to the HUGE meals I used to eat 3 times a day, I'm totally baffled that I ever had that much room in my stomach--I'd explode if I tried to do that now! :lol2:

SwimGirl - I totally understand, because I struggle with getting in enough exercise, too... For me it's so much easier to change my eating habits than actually force myself to get off my duff and get movin', hehe! I know they say weight loss is 90% eating and 10% exercise, but that 10% definitely makes a difference!! And good luck finding somewhere awesome to wear those shoes! They are definitely worthy of a special occasion... Perhaps going clubbing or something? Hehe!

preppingbride - Oh gawd, I hate when my scale does the whole jumping-back-and-forth-with-a-1-lb-difference thing... I swear at least 4 mornings a week, I'll step on and see the same number 2-3 times in a row, only to step on once more and have it sudden be +/- 1 lb! Of course it's great when I randomly lose a pound, so I continue to step on and off multiple times every morning, but then it's not quite as pleasant on the mornings when I suddenly find out that I'm actually 1 lb heavier than I thought... LOL!

leighish - DOOO it, girl! If you go back up, you can always change it back (or not, hehe!)... But if you're at 171 lbs at the moment, your ticker should reflect that! Ps. I gotta agree about your sexy little arms... Every time I look at that picture, I'm so envious!! It'll be a freaking miracle if my arms ever get around to shrinking at ALL; I have no hope whatsoever of them ever looking at cute and tiny like yours do!

krock614 - SWEET, congrats on the loss, missy!!!

OKAY, hehe, the past couple days have been crazy-busy so I don't think I posted my weigh-in yesterday, but I was 169.4 lbs, which was obviously a bit of a gain from my as-of-then low of 168.8 lbs (those d*mn granola bars, booo!). BUT, today I weighed in at 168.4 lbs! Yea! Not really sure what caused the sudden dip - maybe a bout of dehydration? hehe - but of course it's always exciting to see a new number... Even when you're not sure if it'll last longer than one day! Tomorrow will be my semi-official weigh-in for the week, so I guess that'll be more telling of what my "real" weight is!

Oh Meredith - If only that were true. I have been having the hardest time getting back to where I was. BUT one night doesn't mean that I'm done this go around...one night doesn't determine an entire lifetime!! D*mmit!! =)

Leigh: You are hot! You are doing so great!

Me: Down 6 ounces from yesterday to 185.0! It's a loss - that's all that matters!

^ Right, exactly! It makes me think of an expression I've heard on here before that I really love... Something like, "If you trip on the top step, do you throw yourself down the rest of the staircase?" No way! One night doesn't mean that you've ruined everything, hehe!

Today's weigh-in was 167.6 lbs! I guess yesterday wasn't just a fluke, after all! I'm excited to change my ticker and begin this weekend with a decent weigh-in--here's hoping that that'll be enough to motivate me to stay OP over the weekend! It's going to be REALLY HARD, because I'm in the midst of preparing for final exams next week, and of course I have a paper to write between now and Monday--eek! So I'll have to try really frickin' hard not to numb the stress with food, heh, but I know I can stay strong!!

wow, a big mac? I don't think I've even been around one of those in years. funny what used to be so common is now just a fading memory.

I'm 180.6 lbs. Sound familiar? ya, that's what I've been reporting for 4 days straight now. Seems like I'm amazing at maintaining!!! too bad i'm not quite at the stage to be maintaining yet.

I just think back a couple months to when i was so annoyed that the scale wasn't going down from 176. Oh how i wish i could just skip down to that number right now.

Hey, wayta go all your losing ladies! ('Specially you, Leigh. )

Thanks Prepping & Meredith, I was very down on myself after seeing that giant spike in my weight. I think it was some gluten-free pretzels I'd had the day before making me retain water or something.. Thus my avoidance of 3FC, I never feel particularly like hanging about when I'm doing poorly weight-loss-wise.

However I was down to 151.4 this morning...

And just before bed... I'm 151.4. Which usually means GOOD NEWS in the am!

I'll let ya know. Thanks for being so amazing ladies!

Jelbb, you know for a fact that when the losing streak doesn't seem to be streaking anymore, 3FC is EXACTLY where you should be coming! Just like you boost everyone else up when they're feeling bad about a gain, it comes right back to you! And you know that some pretzels on one night don't make a lasting impression. You're definately going to be showing a loss in the am!

Leighish, awesome girl! you're LESS THAN 10 lbs away from goal!

I was VERY happy to see a 7 on the scale today. After reading the same for 4 days, I am now 179.2 lbs. Friggin awesome.

It's not my official weigh in day but I saw some low numbers on my scale. Yesterday I was 188.8 and today 185.8. I know it's probably water fluctuations, I weigh every day to enter on a spreadsheet and it calculates my moving average to kind of make up for water weight, but I really hope this sticks around til my Monday weigh in!
