LOL, maybe i need to throw out my scale... I went to my meeting later on in the day Monday, and I only "officially" lost 3.2 pounds.... Still better some than none!!

Hmmm.
So I haven't been bothering to check in, because since I started doing the 30 Day Shred I haven't been below 153 lbs...

Today I was 152.6...

But I haven't lost any inches yet.

I did my weighin and I am down another pound. I'm not stressing that it is just one pound any more. My parents came up for the weekend and we went to the casino and had the buffett twice and a burger on Sat. I'm hoping I can lose 3 lbs before Monday so I can be in ONEderland for my birthday!

Meredith - an average of 11 pounds a month is amazing, I am hoping for one of those months because I have quite a bit to go right now. I think the lack of exercising is hurting my progress right now, so thanks for the fingers crossed, hopefully they'll bring me some good luck! I love the shoes too, now I just gotta find a reason to wear them! I am normally dress pretty athletic, not too sure what came over me!

prepping bride - my bf is also into shoes, but he likes to buy runners. So I was in the clear for buying two pairs. I can't handle too high of a heel right now, I think it's because I've been wearing flats for so long, I'll have to ease myself into them! How do you store yours? I keep mine in their boxes and am considering taking pictures of them to put on the outside!

Jelbb - you gotta give it time girl! I didn't measure until the end of the first level, so 10 days. During the 3rd level I measured every day, it was horrible because I didn't see ANY Results! So put that measuring tape away!

Swimgirl: love love love the shoes...I am kind of a shoe whore and don't even care! I haven't been able to wear heels for over 6 months due to ankle surgery but getting closer! Maybe I will celebrate with a new pair!

185.4 today!! Down 1.2 from Sunday...not bad! I can do the food, but I still feel so crappy. I can definitely do some Yoga, but I don't have much energy from being sick so I don't want to overdo it.

my scale couldn't figure out what I was between 180.2 and 181.2
Apparently I can change my weight each time I get on.

So I'm assuming I was 180.6 (loss of 0.2 lbs since yesterday) just so I can feel good about it.

Oops! I forgot to say that I got on the scale, it said 259, so it's time to change my ticker. It's a gain of 2 pounds. Thats life I guess! Hopefully I get to see some good results on Sunday! Thats when I will WI next.

I'm 154.6 this morning. What the ****????? I either ate something REALLY sodium-infested without realizing it... or I have NO idea what happened! I only ate like 1,500 calories yesterday... what the.. ughn. God, this is heartbreaking.
