See, I KNOW that, but... I can't seem to convince my brain of that all-important fact. :P When I do poorly, I don't LIKE reporting it to you guys, hehe.
But yeah, the pretzels as it turned out had 560 mg of sodium per serving.. and I may have eaten more than one serving, lol. Bloat bloat.

150.6 this a.m.! And my natural waist (which was 31 inches before) was 30.5ish, and across my bellybutton/hips (which was 39 inches before) was 38.75ish.

I was a little afraid this week to weigh in at my normal time (8:30 AM Friday.) It was a rough week. I ate way too much on Sunday and wasn't really counting calories much this week. Still, I was only up .5 to 165. I can totally deal with that. In fact I was excited. And I've been super on plan Friday and this morning.

I'm definitely not goingto weigh myself until after this weekend...after a little bit of working out just because it has been so long. I can't say I have eaten on track but it hasn't been OFF just not enough food because of all the moving and craziness!

184.4!!!!!! Down .6 from yesterday. I really thought I would be up after dinner last night, but I had 1000 calories to use for dinner, so I must have done something right!!!

257 this morning, down 2 pounds since Thursday! Thats 1 pound per day I was on this new plan I like the results so far!

mojo - GL tomorrow! I think it you are perfectly on plan today, and do a little exercise, you could totally see 199, just make sure you eat EARLY tonight and a light dinner!

184.6 today. I was soooo bloaty & feeling crappy this morning, so I'm not sure what that is about. I'm not worried or even thinking about .2 up. It was a weird morning. I was even under on calories yesterday. Whatevs...not worried.

Down 1 lb this morning

I'm doing the biggest loser at work and I was down 3 lbs. according to their scale! I'm sticking with mine though, easier to track..

Okay, so I've had a little chat with my body about how it needs to get serious about losing this weight. I know it's a tough thing considering it's been a part of me for so long... but it's time. After showing a glimmer of hope on Friday where I was 179.2 it showed as 181 this morning. Now, I can give a little leniency considering I did drink my fair share of light beer on Saturday night, and had some pretzels last night, but now it's time for my butt to get itself in gear. So Body, this is it. You're going to have to show me some good numbers this week so we can spend a fair amount of time in mini's, shorts and bikinis this summer.

Ditto, Chance! But I didn't eat particularly well yesterday, so I'm sure it wasn't exciting news. :P Will be weighing in tomorrow am.
