My positive thing for the day is that I am slowly getting addicted to APPLES! Mmmmm. Kind of a silly thing, heh, but I went for a long period where I almost never had fresh fruit (/anything healthy, really, but that's another story). But now I have an apple almost every day! I love that I can get so much satisfaction from (and even get cravings for) something that's actually healthy.

My positive thing for today is that I have taken on a new attitude about my weigh-ins and have decided that it's time to make the switch from weighing myself every day to weighing in once a week! It feels good to know that I'll be able to lose without stressing myself out about it so much, and if I DO have to see bad news, I'll only see it once a week instead of bashing myself over the head with it day after day! LOL.
I bought pants and a shirt and a hat today, and I have to say, it all looks quite good on me . I wouldn't mind if I kept looking like this the rest of my life!
One positive thing about me is that I am alive and well. Even though it is somber to think, not everyone woke up to see this beautiful day. I am appreciative for every day God gives me on this Earth.
My positive today is that I went to Tim Hortons and got my usual Medium half hot chocolate/coffee....and a Peanut butter cookie was seriously calling out my name..but I ignored that sucker...it was hard but i did it!
One positive thing about me today is that I'm changing and slowly becoming a healthier me. I'm reading labels, counting calories, reaching for the water and not going through a 12pack of Dr. Pepper or eating out everyday....oh yeah and losing some weight!
