Level 2 day 1 finished... again. If I hadn't started over Level 2 I'd be on day 4... but I'm glad I'm starting over. I really think I'll need that extra experience on this level anyway- it's super hard! I'll do the whole routine modified, but today I was able to get my knees up higher in the high knees. Still hard, though!

Hi Ladies...I'm back. I did day 1 of level 2 on Friday and it took me by surprise. All that plank work is soo hard. I had to do most of it modified, but I made it through..Then I started feeling crappy and it is that TOM so I haven't done it since. I have been walking my 2 miles a day, but haven't had the get up and go to get the shred done. But I am restarting level 2 tomm, no excuses. Wish me luck...

I also try to fit in my workout around my LO's nap. She also only takes 1 nap per day now. Hard to put working out at the top, when there is so much to do, but I want to take a few minutes everyday for myself. We derseve the time ladies!

Keep up the shredding!

Just finished Lvl 2 Day 7! I so didnt want to workout this morning...LOL..I was making up every excuse in the book....BUT I did it and I feel way better knowing that I stuck with my plan! Only 3 more days of lvl 2. Has anyone done lvl 3? Am I going to die? lol

bakabeth Awesome! Isn't it so rewarding to finish a workout that you really didn't want to do! It just feels so good knowing you beat your laziness into submission! YOU GO GIRL! I pretty much have to convince myself to do this workout each day.

nalia Good to see you're still with us! Keep it up! I started over level 2 as well, after taking a 3 day (lazy) break. Keep it up!!

You rock! You only have 3 days left of level 2, you have done this really difficult workout for 1 week straight and you haven't died! You are so strong!! I'm proud of you, and I'm excited to see how level 3 treats ya!


I did level 2 day 2 today, and boy this menstrual is a pain in my BUTT! I couldn't physically do the plank twists at the end- like literally wasn't possible. So I did regular crunches/reverse crunches instead. Also, the oblique twists and the military press/leg raises were SO hard today because of my cramps, so I am ashamed to admit it but I took more than 1 breather during those! Oh well, I hope to do better tomorrow. If I still have this kind of cramps tomorrow I'll take an Advil like an hour before my workout so they'll be a little bit milder and hopefully I can do the whole workout. I do each exercise modified still, but I did them modified for the most part in level 1 too.

I am planning on doing the 30DS again once I'm done with all 3 levels, but I'll up my weights and try to do it advanced style instead of modified. We'll see!

How did you girls do today?
I feel confused- I don't know what to do. I didn't do the workout all day because I've just been non-stop busy. Now I have the time to do it but I feel so sick (still TOM) and it's almost 11, which is like my bed time. I really want to do it every single day, you know? But today- the idea that I can do it twice tomorrow is much more appealing than doing it right now... but then I'm worried I won't actually DO it two times tomorrow.

Anyway I'm rambling, but I guess if I just promise myself to do it first thing in the morning, and then do it again in the afternoon/evening then it shouldn't be a huge deal, right?!... man. I feel like I'm making excuses again and I feel bad about it, but seriously. It's not going to happen today. :-/ I wish I had listened to myself this morning and done it first thing like I'd planned. Dang it!!

Level 2 day 3 done. Awesome workout today ladies- it's so true that we determine our fate-- I want to be thin & fit and you guys have been so encouraging to me to choose THAT fate over a fat one. I have lost almost 2 inches on my waist, 2.5 inches on my hips and 2 inches on each thigh. I have lost 3 pounds, and I'm not even finished with this 30 DS thing!

Hey girls! I haven't been in this thread in awhile. I'm almost done with my second month of 30D. I love it. I've done level 3 the last three days and I can tell my core muscles are getting more and more defined. I have found that I have to change levels more often b/c I get bored really easily if I don't, but I still get a great workout although I am getting more and more use to it.

Thanks Leighish- I know it isn't much but hopefully the difference will be more noticeable at the end of the 30 days, and then I plan to start it over again with heavier weights and try to do fewer exercises modified!

I did day 4 of level 2 today. Woof. I'm so tired, now. I shouldn't have waited so late to get it in today!!

So I suck! LOL....I was suppose to be on lvl 3 day 3 today and Im still on lvl 2 day 9! LOL....SO MUCH has happened this past 4 days! Car issues....money issues... SNOW!!!! (I hate snow)....So Im going to wait till after thanks giving and start lvl 2 all over LOL...and try to do it everyday! Keep up the great work girls.....!!!

carcar: Your results are astounding!! I would say you'd lost 15lbs!! Really! It just goes to show you that the scale doesn't tell the whole story!! I hope my belly will flatten out like yours! Did you do each level for 10 days? I did day 3 of level 1 this morning!
