Ok so I think I have a scale issues as well....my older digital scale is doing the same thing where it's literally a different weight every time I get on....like 10lbs different in a matter of minutes. It's really throwing me off and getting me down. Any opinions a replacement? Should I stay digital? Go old school? Recommendations welcome and appreciated!

In the meantime regardless of my busted scale I had one blip in my plan last week....impromptu visit from colleagues followed by off plan cosmopolitans....but I got right back on the horse. Outside of that blip I've been insanely on plan, working out and eating....Even making a point of my midday 30 minute walk at work. I'm calling that a successful week. Feeling good!

Go for the most popular digital scale on amazon. The EatSmart one, $29.

I think it is great and gives me consistency.

Bye bye to the 240s for me!

This is the scale I have as well and I LOVE it. We've had it for quite awhile now and it's still very accurate - my husband went to the doctor the other day and it was SPOT ON with the office scale.

I made this offer in the 230s thread, but perhaps someone here would find it useful.

Hi everyone!

I'm visiting from the next thread :-) because I cleaned out my closet today. I have half a dozen pairs of "business casual" but some could be dressed up a bit pants in size 22 petite (if you're taller than 5'3" these will all be too short".
They're from Penny's and Kohl's--nothing fancy (and some have that horrid rolling Penny's waistband problem).

I'd like to pass them down to someone who hopefully won't need them for very long! There are those who can afford new clothes and those who really can't. If you're in the latter category, and would fit 22W (I wore them at about 230-235 and they started getting too big at 220-225), drop me a PM.

Congrats to everyone on their hard work!

244 last I weighed myself this past week! I'm so looking forward to making my way into the 230s. I feel like I'm actually close to ONEderland now and it's very exciting. I started at 300+, took forever to get out of the 250s, and felt like I'd never get here. Soooooo motivated right now!
Good luck to you all!!

I just weighed in this morning too and I am in the 240s. I gained weight really rapidly over the last two weeks but over this last week it has mostly gone away. It's really nice to see everyone's enthusiasm on here. And for those who are struggling, we're all here. Anyone who wants to can message me for whatever reason. Thank you so much for being around!!

I'm dropping in to say "HI!" because, if all goes well, I'll be sitting pretty in here with you fine folks before the end of the week ....just...less...than...two...more...pounds... :woops:

Im back on the dieting wagon. My lowest weight on this journey was 221--now Im up to 246. It seems so much harder this time!

Pink Hurricane 04-17-2013 12:43 PM

Hello everyone I will be in this thread for a while! Unfortunately I regained some weight due to a lot of stress and not putting myself and my health first so I ended up topping back out at 250 on Sunday. This morning I weighed in at 246.2, I've started to eat cleaner and focus on eating more plant based, less processed food with smaller amounts of meat. My husband and I started Insanity as well, so hopefully the scale will keep moving!

Nice to 'meet' everyone!
