Hi all. I got my exercise in and here I am!

So, what an epic fail this month is, I'm at 218 today!!??? TOM is finally about done, should be gone by tomorrow...but I"m not sure if I can even get back to where I started the month at this point. I know why I am where I am, lots of eating out over the last week, some bad choices that I have to own. Tomorrow will be better and then I'll go from there.

Kelly -- Yup, Onederland is a stretch for me even for June at this point! I think you stand a much better chance at it right now. I'm so 'out of the game' at the moment. I need to shake things up a bit...my exercise rule is working somewhat, but I think I need more. I'm thinking on it. Let me know if you figure of something that helps you stay completely focused.

Kukkie -- Congrats on the new job! What area are you working in?

Ona -- Great weigh in, way to go!!!

AKelly -- Hi!! Welcome back!

Rennie -- I have a number I can't get past this year too...I need to get myself fired up somehow, still trying to figure this out.

Diana -- You're right, I haven't been to my diet doctor since last NOvember. I feel like i know the plan, and the issue is that I'm just not sticking to it...this is what I tell myself, BUT really I don't want to go in and have him see I've gained back weight I'd already lost; and I think I'm freaked out about having to do regular weigh ins there -- it's probably just what I need. Hmm. I am working at home Friday, so I may try to see if I can get in to see him then.

Underwater -- Good job on managing things while on your cruise!

My Mom's birthday was today so things got hectic again (we went out to eat with her which is why I forgot to weigh myself) so I also didn't exercise. I am planning to tomorrow errr....rather later today it's 2 in the morning right now. But thought I'd hop on seeing that I couldn't sleep and post before trying to go asleep again. Also one more thing I forgot about yesterday. I bought new shoes to walk in and because they fit me pretty well and are pretty comfortable I may try jogging again. And TOM is here for me just started today/yesterday which ever .

to Angie, OnaMi , Kukkie84, mags89, suzukigurl , Underwater and aka8941 and anyone else I missed .

Ksails - Yes, TOM does suck, especailly when it plays heck on your weigh ins.

- Oh, I'm trying to hang in there. I have two more math courses left then I'm through with that subject. Math and Science are my most hated subjects I was never very good in either. I liked History though, had no problems in those classes .

Another drive-by post for me. I'm glad to see so many doing so well. Iw eighed in at 148.8 this morning and am happy about that. I haven't been saying no to food enough lately but I've been keeping up with my workouts.

214.2 this morning! A new low for me! *happy dance*

I am trying to focus on planning how I will deal with being on vacation next week. I will try to get in lots of activity and walking because I won't really be able to workout like usual, but it is the FOOD that I need to plan ahead about. But really, that feeling of seeing a good number on the scale totally trumps any food.

I wish everyone luck on the mighty scale this morning!

ok quick quick checkin ... I am down to 183.6 this morning ... how I have no clue. My tummy was bothering me when I got up yesterday and I went to bathroom 3 times but not loose and not a lot so idk, but I'm not regular so I guess it was time (not to mention I've been eating a ton of crap) gotta eat right and really count my calories again that I start today

TOM please please go away and leave Diana alone

Will catch up this evening

Good morning 3FC family!

It feels like it's getting colder everyday over here, and I'm not liking it one bit, hmph. On the flip side, today is the last day of fasting and I'm still maintaining my low at 190.1. We're having my goodbye lunch tomorrow afternoon at a restaurant that I've really been wanting to try in all of its Italian yumminess. We'll see how that goes.

Angie I'm going to be right up at Hwy 10, up the road from the outlets. It's about a 15-20 minute drive for the days I have the car, and maybe an hour by bus using Brampton Transit, thanks to the new ZUM line.

Morning all!

I am up .2 (293.8) today but I did a nice hard workout last night and ate a late night snack because I was too hungry to sleep (still within my calories). I am ok with the scale being up a bit today. Tomorrow will be better!

my stupid computer is horribly slow today, it wasted about 10 minutes just getting to the forum, so I'm in a bad hurry, but wanted to get my new weigh in posted cuz I missed yesterday... down another .4 so I finally got to see 205 on the scale (205.6). Wanted to stop in and say "heeeyyyyy" - been super busy and I am exhausted (I took a 30 minute nap in my office yesterday before driving home - I'm crazy tired). Got my mom moved this week from the nursing home into an apartment. Still much to do to get her all settled in and get her house ready to sell. I'm supposed to move next weekend (8 days) and my house is nowhere near ready - too much time spent working at my mom's house/apartment. I wish I could take a few days off of work but I can't. I am really looking forward to sleep . . . I figure about the third week of April I might get some .

I skimmed through the posts and see akelly has returned. Welcome back. You sound like me . . . I was pretty much gone for a year (except hit or miss) and gained about 35 lbs back. Now I'm working my way back down . . . slowly. Need to lose what I gained and then 40-50 more.

Hope everyone has a great day. Hopefully I can be more consistent once my move is done.

Diana ~ I hope your mom is doing well.

Good Morning All!
I had a small loss this morning .6lbs! So it's all going in the right direction. Hopefully I'll reach my mini 10lb goal in the next couple of days, that'd be a nice end to the week. I upped my water intake yesterday like I said I was gonna and I definitely think it helped! I'm totally noticing that I'm a lot less hungry between meals which is awesome!
Just finished JM yoga meltdown for the first time. She kicked my butt as she always does. I'm so out of shape. I did the best I could but I definitely didn't do everything. Oh well it's still and awesome alternative to going out in the snow/rain we've been having, although I am gonna go for a walk in a while.

kifli: Congrats on the .5 yesterday!

Diana: Way to go on the 1lb loss today

heathermichigan: It's always awesome to hit a new low!

Ok I'm back

Thanks Diana I missed you also I started working at Wawa again but this time during the day. By the time I get home it's just one thing after another most days. Tonights dinner is my baked beans w/ green pepper, onion, ground beef, and brown sugar and hotdogs (kids request) and left overs. So I have a little me time this evening. Chelle is still at Fort Jackson. Not sure what is going on with her. I hope TOM leaves you soon, very soon Good job on the pound today

Thanks Kifli, and wow that is almost 5lbs a month. I'd be in heaven with a really big head because I'd be so proud of myself. I lost the first 30 by counting calories and walking then I stopped or slacked off when I started working nights. I have since gained back almost all of the 30 and can't seem to now get out of the 180's to save my life. The ladies here can tell you I have tried just about every diet you can think of and I just can't get out of the 180's. It just seems so much harder this go around. I'll be honest I did think that I would lose quick like the first time but no such luck this go around. ... Zumba I have learned not to judge a book by it's cover because it amazes me some of the moves the people in those classes can do. I only wish to one day dance that well

Ona LOL, I have always called this the fun house, even when I was a SAHM with all the volunteering at school I was always busy. I use to run into people that would say do you work here now, nope I just like to stay involved. ... the weird thing is eventhough I am now far from my start weight here, people still say, Wow you look good did you lose weight? ... I think to myself yes and no ... but I say I did two years ago but I've gained most of it back, but they still say I look good. Makes me feel really good. But if you recall me noticing my boobs, well they are gone again (sigh) the belly sticks out further AGAIN, smh LOL ... you are such a motivator, with your humble self ... I know those people are glad to have you in their presence

Angie, that's how I feel like I am so out of the game with this yo-yo up and down. Seems like I'm going no where. I have worn out two pairs of jeans from my thighs rubbing, I can't button the majority of my pants/jeans, I can't fit the bulk of my tops/shirts, my underwear are too tight, I am just a mess. I don't know how anyone can think that I look like I've lost weight. I honestly don't know what is will take to keep me focused. I wonder if I joined something that involved money would I try harder, scratching my head! I need something to kick my butt in gear We'll get it together we always do whether we stay there or not

Kris good to see you I so hope that you find time to rest before mid April. I know from experience when you are constantly on the go your body will eventually shut down. I don't know how far you have to drive to and from your destinations daily but I remember and you all may remember before Chelle got her license, I would leave work at 7-7:30 am, get the kids ready and on the bus by 8:40am, come back lay on the sofa, get up at 10:20 to pick Chelle up from school drive her to work 35 minutes away which meant I had to drive back get in here to lay down before meeting the bus at 3:40pm pick Chelle back up sometimes and then go to bed at 5:30-6. One day driving on those rural back roads I couldn't keep my eyes open and nodded off, I didn't have an accident thank God but oh my Lord it scared me. I don't wish that kind of tiredness on anyone. Please take care of yourself, there's just one you, don't stretch yourself too thin, Mother, your grandsons and your daughter need you
