Thanks for the thoughts everyone . kifli I finish law school next month, then im entering a nursing program because I really don't want to be a lawyer! Hahaha. I do want to be a clinical nurse and then likely enter admin with risk assessment and getting a number of years in. The law degree helps with going into that. I just wish I figured all this before 30! :ROFL:

It was a beautiful weekend here. Hope everyone had a good weekend and is ready to face a week and battle down the weight!

Hey everybody,

Work is taking up almost every minute of my day so I haven't had time to do anything but keep up with your posts by reading the daily e-mail I get. I've been having a hard time saying no to the constant stream of food here and I took a couple of days off from exercising because I was so sore. I was getting a little concerned but then I had a good day yesterday - I ate like a normal person, I think, and I worked out for an hour.

I'm at 149.2 this morning but I keep bouncing back up over n150. I need to get back on track so I can get some distance from 150.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and have a great week this week!

Staying on plan truly has it's benefits Down another .8 today! It's like all the times I actually did say no in the last 2 weeks is showing up now
NSV-I'm light enough to get on the trampoline this year! i love getting out there with the kids!

Mags 1.6!! I do my walking indoors so I can do it rain or shine, good thing cuz I really don't like doing DVD workouts. I am looking forward to better weather though...well we've had better weather but it's taking a while for the piles of snow to get off the sidewalks so it's hard to walk still

Morning all!

I didn't get a chance to check in but I was up yesterday 1.2lbs. Still the same weight today- 296. All of my house guests are gone so I am back to my regular program. I know I won't make it to my goal of 288 by Saturday so my new goal is 292. Hopefully I can lose 4lbs this week.

Morning All!
Well I was up 1.8lbs today. Which totally sucks but I kinda saw it coming with TOM and all. Anyway, still down 7lbs since last Monday so I am happy with that!!

Kelly: yeah it's the same here, the snow is just gone and we had some unseasonably good weather last week so I was really enjoying that and making the most of it. But it's back to crappy weather this week!

Hi, just joined 3fat chicks yesterday, so I'm a bit behind here in the weigh ins. I started my weight loss on June 15, 2010 at 265lbs. Reached my goal January 15, 2011.....to be 100lbs lighter. 165!!! Been hard for me to figure out how to maintain my new me.... Still working on that one! Sorry if I'm doing anything wrong on here, and what is TOM?

Morning y'all. Sorry I haven't been around lately. This is a week of fasting for us (religious, happens twice a year). I can have coffee, fruit, water during the day, but in the evening all we eat is potatoes made in a variety of ways. I've been limiting myself this time, and getting in my water at least. I dropped a lb on Friday, and have maintained since at 191.2. Potatoes are obviously not the greatest thing to eat, but I love my faith, and I'm finding ways to make it work for me. I'm okay with maintaining during this week.

Good Morning to all my 3FC Friends

Up .5 this morning, but at least I know why

Well I had a great weekend but boy oh boy did I eat yesterday. It was all really good and but funny how tired I was from eating so much. Lots of hot wings, cheese fries, a few onion rings, and I can't forget the fudge stripped cookies with milk! LOL
It's funny I really had a hard time allowing myself to eat this way but I decided I needed a day to indulge. Ready to eat "normal" again today. I'm going to head to the grocery store soon to stock back up on my fresh veggies, meats etc...
Well it's back to reality weather wise here. I think it's only supposed to be a high of 50 today, which is normal for this time of year but I already miss the week we had of 80's. I never used to be someone who enjoyed the hot weather but can't wait for summer this year. I totally see A LOT of outdoor fun for me and my son this year!!! Parks, hikes, swimming, running all over this year. It is the best feeling to be able to do these things with my son and I could not be happier that I decided to change my life now. He just turned 3 so this is the first summer of truly fun activity for him. We will get to go places and do things and he won't just be pushed around in a stroller, the flip side of that is he is VERY high energy so he really someone who can keep up with him. This is the first time I feel like I can be the one to run after him, and WOW does that feel good!

As for me.. Got some movement WI @ 156.6 today A new Low I'm so happy, been fighting so hard to get pass 157 something.
