kifli I understand how you feel, but I just learned that when I gain a bunch really fast, it really is just water excess. Stay on Plan and it'll come right off

I do my walking indoors so I can do it rain or shine, good thing cuz I really don't like doing DVD workouts. I am looking forward to better weather though...well we've had better weather but it's taking a while for the piles of snow to get off the sidewalks so it's hard to walk still
