Hey there! I'm same as yesterday and expecting TOM tonight or tomorrow. Got my walk in so here i am

Diana -- Great job on the -1.2 yesterday It was 75 here today..that's pretty unheard of for us at this time of year. I did bounce back .8 yesterday, but then held steady today....so I think that 1.2 I had must have been an extra water pill. I'm just trying to psyche myself up for TOM and hope to hold rather than gain this month. By the way, I've been waking up at 4:30 for the last couple of days and then just laying in bed unable to sleep until 6:30 -- I think it's a pre-TOM thing...didn't we talk about that before?

Muggles -- Is that a Harry Potter reference? (I'm a big fan) Good luck with your juice fast!

Julie -- Congrats on the 2lb drop yesterday!

Justaloozer -- Good job with your exercise and congrats on your loss today!

Ona -- Yes, me too, a work in progress for sure

Kelly -- Sorry the audition didn't go your way yesterday

Jinxy -- I'm glad you got a walk in too. I have a lot of leg and foot pain too, I have found good shoes make all the difference...and for me it seems there are specific brands that work.

Rennie -- I'm lol at your thinking the kids were possibly cursing at your in text-talk..sometimes I read my nephews' facebook status updates and I can't decipher them at all; we make a game of it -- I tell them what I think it says and then they tell me what it actually says, normally I'm way off.

Steph it is frustrating not only to me but to her also. We received the videos today that she ordered. One of all of the things they went through during their training and the other of graduation which she thought she'd be in. All of this is just .... I can't even think of words to say. Hoping for some better rest for you

Angie kids say the dandiest things. I actually made Chelle home from a friends one night because I thought she was getting smart via text, LOL. I said something to her and she said she forgot who she was responding to because she was texting me and a friend at the same time and she ended my text in SO YEAH ... I said what??? she said it's just a saying and it wasn't for you! But by that time I was already mad and told her to bring her so yeah behind home (so yeah), LOL. She ended her text talk to Mommy that night. I get regular text except for the ones that I know what they mean No more trying something new with me, hehehe

Good Morning, Everyone!

TTOM + High Sodium Meal = It's just a bad combo, don't try this one at home

Calories for yesterday: 1570 +
Weigh In: 148 (TTOM)
Up: 2 pounds

Angie Yes! That's the TTOM insomnia that we discussed. I also have temperature fluctuations. I think this also wakes me. Last night I went to bed freezing to death. I didn't put the A/C as low as it should because I was too cold. Then last night I woke up hot, (but I fell back asleep because I took Advil PM before bed). I am hot right now, too. During TTOM I am very cold at night and hot in the AM. Yesterday I bought the Advil PM to try. I take Advil at night so the cramps don't wake me. I took 1 Advil PM and 1 regular Advil. That seemed to help with the sleep a little. I have some homeopathic stuff that helps, but I am not wanting to add it back in because of my allergy. I'll see how things go and maybe try the homeopathic stuff in a couple of months again.

I thought I'd put up my numbers from the last couple of days to get started! The scales is going down pretty quickly, it's week one for me. I tend to lose a bunch the first week and then it's much slower!

Morning all!

Sorry you are having a rough time Diana!

WTG Mags!

I didn't get to do any exercise yesterday but I spent 8 hours doing laundry and spring cleaning! So I DEFINITELY got a workout in. The scale was very happy with me today and I got a 2lb loss! 292.6 today!
I will definitely be working out tonight though. I have to finish my living room and clean the bathroom today too. It's a beautiful day and I have to enjoy the weather but tomorrow is ds' bday so I need to have everything done because we have family coming over.
Tomorrow morning we are taking ds to ihop (his bday breakfast request). I need to figure out what I can safely eat beforehand so that I don't go overboard tomorrow! I have 4lbs to go to meet my goal of 288 by March 31.

Whoops, up a pound for me 192.4. TOM water weight has made its appearance! It's okay, I get it. It'll go back down soon. Work is crazy these days, so I've barely had time to check in, let alone do personals. I miss you guys Another full day of meetings ahead... Bring on the coffee!

Going to head back to the gym this morning, it had been so beautiful here that I have been going hiking for exercise the past few days and haven't gone to the gym but it's been working for me since the lbs have still been coming off!

My trip should have ended my splurging, but no, just had to have pizza on Tuesday and Chinese yesterday.
I have to get it together I'm still in a weird fog from the trip. I feel like I could sleep all day and when I'm tired I can't seem to say no. I think I"m going to read around the forum to find a bunch of inspiration for the day.

Stayed the same today 185.6 thank goodness. Our baby boy turned 11 and he wanted Hong Kong for dinner, and of course we had store bought cake with white icing that I love and ice cream. So the scale was nice this morning . Today was Rissa's field trip to Wacky Bear (like Build a Bear) and CiCi's pizza. I had 3 slices of regular pizza, 2 slices of spinach pizza, 2 slices of apple pizza and a salad. The pizza was cut in thinner slices since the restaurant was filled with second graders who by the way can eat more than me. whew those kids can eat.

mags nice losses, wish I could get back to those rapid losses I had in the beginning keep up the good work

justaloozer 4lbs seems to be the number here ... I'm trying for that also. On the calorie burn for cleaning if you use the app myfitnesspal.com and enter your time in for cleaning wow the calorie burn is just crazy ... nice loss there I had cake, ice cream and Hong Kong yesterday. Our baby boy turned 11 and that is what he requested.

Kelly heres that kick now I need one. I did the same thing Chinese (Hong Kong yesterday and pizza today) oh and my Frosted Flakes this morning. I don't know if you know about my binging with the Frosted Flakes. I wanted them on Monday (so I bought the biggest box Walmart had) but I didn't eat any. PAT ON THE BACK for me. I'm not good with Kellogg's Frosted Flakes.

And Angie I am so proud of ME ... I ate one bowl, yes a bowl, not out of the box so I didn't eat half the box. I didn't have a lot of time so that could have been why but whatever!!! I didn't eat half or 3/4 of the box

Ona that's what I'm going to do also. I know I can ... thanks for telling Kelly so I can see it also Today isn't ruined I don't think ... I maybe able to reel myself back in for the rest of the day
