Funny but I had NO cake yesterday! I just ate breakfast at Ihop and then went out to dinner! Scale is up 2.6lbs. Weigh in was 294.8. Lots of water and eating OP today though!

Today I am baking a cake for my son (yesterday we did cupcakes at our co-op) to celebrate with family. Wish me luck!

Morning All!
Sorry I was MIA yesterday! It's been a good week. TTOM arrived and it only resulted in one day staying the same. I've been feeling much hungrier during TTOM, I can eat the same calories as I always do but I'm always hungrier! It's frustrating!! Trying to fill up on fruit and veg! I am down another lb today so that's great!

Good Morning to all my 3FC Friends

Seriously...Down 1.5lbs this morning again, I guess TOM is really over, dropping lots of bloat and water weight!

I hope everyone has a great weekend. Today should be interesting, I have some family coming over and we are ordering Chinese food for dinner... hmmmm to eat it or not to eat it that is the question. I really don't mind so much ether way I have not even almost swayed from my plan in over a month but we shall see what happens!

Down 2.6 today thanks to staying on plan yesterday. Now I'm where I was before my trip last weekend, which means I've lost 10% of my original weight, so I hear the real work will begin now I'm going to fight for 3 more by next Sat. (when I leave town again, this time for the revival in IN that I'm singing at)

Muggles Congrats on making good decisions last night.

Justaloozer You probably had a lot of sodium at IHOP. Good luck with the cake. How did it turn out? Did your little one enjoy it?

Mags Great job on that pound, especially during TTOM. Do you like steamed veggies? You can eat a lot of them for only a few calories. I tend to do that when I have one of those "bottomless pit" days.

Suzukigurl Congrats on the 1.5 pounds!

I've been daily weighing and posting back on my first post, but not saying hi to ya'll. So I thought I'd be a bit more pro-active and say howdy. And also say how much I now love daily weighing! I was against it, but now I'm within 10kg of my goal I need a constant reminder to really keep pushing.

Good Morning All!
It's a dreary Sunday morning here. I had a big walk planned for today but unless the weather clears up I think I'll skip it and do an exercise DVD instead! It's so hard to get motivated to go outside in bad weather!
I'm down 1.6lbs today! I was pleasantly surprised, I was expecting the first week weight loss to slow down by now and also my salt intake yesterday was higher than it was all week! So I'm down a total of 8.8lbs this week! I feel as though maybe my body was just holding onto a lot of bloat or something. It seems happy to hand it over!!!

Julie: Congrats on the the 1.5lbs and Yay for TOM being over!!

Kelly: WTG on the 10% that's awesome. I've heard that even losing the 10% can have great effects on your health!

Diana: I'm actually a big fan of raw veggies but I haven't tried them to calm the bottomless pit so I'll try that, thank you!

Have not participated in this thread since late 2010, when I was in the middle of a great weight loss phase in my life. I fell off the wagon, gained 35 pounds back and had a super stressful 2011/early 2012.

I'm back and focused like I was a year and a half ago. Ready to lose the 35 pounds then finish losing 40-50 final pounds and finally reach the goal I set out to accomplish 5 years ago!!

Will do my first weigh in tomorrow!
