06: 200 -Walked at the zoo about 3 miles slow pace. 30 minutes of pedal boats on the lagoon!

11: 206 -WTH??? Actually I shouldn't say that....I made poor choices and no exercise for a week!
12: 205- Ran @ 4.2 for 15 minutes straight! TWICE! woo hoo! I made a little over 2 miles yesterday! And lifted for upper body!

19: 200 - I jogged 67 minutes straight at a 3.2 pace! That is just mind boggling to me!
