Down to 244.4 this morning...woohoo! TOM started, meh! I usually lose right before TOM, then gain a little during. I worked my butt off yesterday (I wish!). I'm sore today, but feel good about it. Let's see what tomorrow brings!

Hey ladies, a quick check in from me tonight! Things are tough around here these days with the work stuff still.. anyways! I was DOWN .9 this morning! HellllllooooOooooo 256.4!! Yay!! I barely ate today again though, stress, it's not doing great things to my body right now - sore stomach, nausea, it's not pleasant. But if I see 255 tomorrow, it'll be worth it,

Down 0.6 today despite the full-on arrival of TOM.

I'm a little nervous today, I have a meeting with my manager to let her know where I stand on a number of projects and the last time I spoke with her, she didn't seem very impressed. The fact of the matter is, I have far too much on my plate right now, can't handle all of it and she just keeps piling on more. She's one of those very bloody intimidating people whose been so freaking successful in the corporate world and is just so no-nonsense, sometimes you feel like she's not a "person" if that makes sense. Anyway, I'm hoping it goes well enough, fingers crossed although I'm not holding my breath. Wish me luck.

Horrible weekend, no weigh ins at all. Im sicker than i have been in a very long time.
I don't know if this is vacation catching up with me, being go go go and not slowing down or just time of the year but I feel like CRAP.
I don't care what the scale says, im already an angry sick person because it slows me down - I don't need to be an irritated one too

BBL for personals . . . I really shouldn't even be at work today yet I am - new Temp at reception and guess who's training!! Boo.

236.8 today. I am up 1.6

Not worried at all about it though. I went back to the gym and had a really great workout on Saturday. I jogged for the first time in almost 5 months! It felt SOO good! I went much slower and was able to jog for almost 8 mins straight. (talk about surprising myself) I was on the treadmill doing intervals for 30 mins and then went to the elliptical for 15 mins on a high resistance (level 14). Definitely overdid it. I was sore yesterday and I think I'm more sore today! LOL It feels so good though!!!! I have missed running. I know that my gain is water from my sore muscles. I can't wait to jog again. I dont think it will be til Wednesday though. I am going to the gym tonite, but it will only be for a 35 min flat walk. I'm hoping the walk will loosen up my legs a little.

I will be back at lunch for personals, but wanted to say to you, Kukkie, good luck with that meeting. I have had some challenging bosses in my time too. Put on your best smile and kill her with kindness and tell her that you are only 1 person and do the very best that you can do! If she doesn't like that, tell her to talk to me!
