Down 1.3 to 196.4 - what gives with the pound by pound fluctuations. TOM left early this time around, sure that's a good thing, but it makes me worry about my thyroid levels. We'll have to see what November brings. I still feel yucky, but I think I may try to get to the gym today, if I make it through work in one piece. *sigh* I'm tired and I just woke up. Where's my coffeeeee???? TGIF INDEED.

I've had a horrible week, the scale keeps going up and down! It's been crazy, I dunno what's been going on! I had to stop running because of shin splits but was put on some meds and I'm ready to run again! Starting back up again today, I bought some new shoes too!

10-13: 251.4 (too much salt day before)
10-14: 248.4 (woohoo)
10-15: 247.2 (started C25K yesterday)
10-16: 248.0 (completed C25K W1D2)
10-17: 247.2 (yay!) *cant wait to see what i do this week*

22: 197 - 60 mins treadmill jog/run intervals with hand weights
