It was at the gym - I might like a video to get myself acclimated to the moves, because being in a room full of people kicking and punching and not knowing what to do kind of freaked me out! I was turning the wrong way and had a foot inches from my face!

My son is much better, thanks for all your good wishes. It was a very scary experience and makes you realis how lucky you are
Have a good Friday

Aimee - Hang in there. I always tried to think of it this way when I was in a job that I hated and wanted to switch: "It doesn't matter if you switch jobs, you will be okay for a little bit, but then you realize, this job has @$$holes too, you just didn't know them yet." BTW- They are EVERYWHERE! I am sorry your professional life is not where you want it to be. A boss that targets you is a NIGHTMARE! I wish I had better words of wisdom for you. I hope she gets a hair in her food today! lol! (((((HUGS))))

Have a great OP day everybody!

201 today, will be in onederland shortly.

Just when I think I can be back here again regularly...something tears me away offline. Very frustrating my online time is fritzed. I'm still very much on plan.

Congrats to all losses!

Soooo...hi! Did you notice I was gone? I had training for 3 days one week, then again this week, shortly following the free-for-all birthday/thanksgiving combo. It shows; I had to go weigh in officially today and I'm 9lbs higher than my last weigh in!

Time to reflect on what I can learn from this little foray into, well, whatever it was. One thing that's obvious, one little thing can so easily lead to another. I could have made better choices during training, I could have brought my own breakfast...and when going out for dinner I could have made better choices.

Hopefully I'll catch up with you all a bit over the weekend. I'm planning a weekend filled with outdoor exploring with my DS, and also so healthy cooking, lots of cleaning and laundry. That ought to set me back on track a bit.

Diana - I am experiencing a weird TOM too, must be something in the air!

fitkristi - congrats on hitting your goal!!

Ona - I am holding it together pretty darn good, sometimes at home I let myself get upset, but otherwise I hide it well, or I mask it with rage. And I do my best to hide everything from her except me being happy Thanks for the support, it's tough when I moved half way across the country for work and it's not a good experience. I am SO glad to hear you are feeling better!

Shylah - congrats on the whoosh! Let's stay in the 250's, no more 260's for us! And maybe soon we can get into the 240's! I think I need to accept that work isn't going to change, it hasn't for 16 months, and I doubt it will, she's been this way for 5 years why change because of me.

Coondocks - Thanks I sometimes don't feel strong, and I know SO many people are rooting for me to win this little battle, so that helps. And I appreciate all the kind words! It's a date for the grind! There is another one called the Coquitlam Crunch, it's a decent one too, but not as far. Great WI!

Madame - Enjoy your time with your brother, I'm sure it'll mean the world to him that you are there!

Kukkie - it's hard not to let work consume me, my boyfriend also happens to be the store assistant manager, so I'm always coming home with it! Sometimes it helps MORE to have him around, he lets me know things I possibly shouldn't. YAY for a new car! What kind?? (oops! just saw what kind) VERY nice car, I am totally jealous!! I love my car, but man would I love to drive a different car every year,

Kris - I'm very happy you didn't get stuck at 212!

Vixsin - great job with planning! I'm taking a planning course next week with my work, so hopefully it'll steer me in the right direction! And yes, I will vent, I am good with that, Thanks for the support, it means the world to me right now!

starbrite - glad to hear your son is feeling better, sounds like a very stressful situation

Leah - your post made me laugh out loud, literally! The bf was a little surprised, and I read your post and he laughed too! Thanks for that!! It's funny too because the woman has the BIGGEST head of hair EVER, every single customer describes her as the girl with the hair 197!! Man you are moving quickly!!

MissKelly - thanks for the update - I was wondering about you!!

Angie - I noticed!! Glad to have you back, and don't worry about that weight toooo much, a couple days on plan and you'll get most of that off!

Alright, I am owning my weigh in this morning. 258.8, UP 1.5, yuck. Partly TOM, partly soreness, and partly time of day. I am very much counting calories, giving myself NO excuses to get off plan. I was trying to figure out how I did SO well last week.. welllllll, work was hard, I sweated a LOT, and the bf was out of town. I ate salads, cooked everything myself. Might be time to forget about including him on meals, or expecting him to cook for me. On a brighter note, I book an appointment to cut 6-7 inches off my hair, and colour it for Monday!

Morning all (feels strange as I'm in Europe morning for me is like the middle of the night for the rest of you ! I have to wait the whole day to see how your'e all doing !! )
Down 0.4, hoping to break to the 2 teens next week! Yay, downhill to onederland all the way.
Bought two new tops yesterday both a 44 (I began at a 52, so down 5 dress sizes )
I find clothes a big motivator ! My best friend sent me a photo she had taken of me and another friend. I hated it - I just looked fat. I got quite the lecture when I said that, but it is sometimes difficult to get the right mental view after losing nearly 80 lbs, some days I still see 300lb Sam, not 220lb Sam. I know that has alot to do with the 65lbs still to go but I wish I could see it more, and understand my own body image more!
Ho hum, I think I need a break from thinking about it all, but know if I take my mind of this even for a day, I will be lost.
Have a happy day, I'm going to try on my thin jeans and see if I can get my mind back on track

starbrite - what time do you post at? It shows you posting at 2:06am in my local time! How were the thin jeans? I have heard of people losing weight but still seeing the image of themselves as a bigger person - sometimes it just takes a while for our mind to catch up!

I guess I am playing bouncy ball! I am down the 1.5 I was up yesterday, back down to 257.3. It just proves to me even further it's the type of calories I eat that matters, I had lots of veggies yesterday - so today I've planning for lots more! I am training today which will be a nice break from my boss Although I do have to ask her for some time off in November, fingers crossed I get it!

Just a quick check-in. I'm with MissKelly in being close to Onederland. I've bounced down to 201 a couple times and this morning was 200.8! I'm pretty excited! My other exciting news is my bloodwork this year was great. My TC:HDL was usually around 4, last year it had crossed into the danger zone at 4.8 (you want less than 4.5) - well this year it's a great 2.8! So it's not just the scale heading in the right direction!!!

I wish I could pop in daily but these days it just ain't happening.

Aimee, how much weight do you think you'll lose when you get all that hair cut off?

Starbrite - I had to lose over 70 pounds before it really started to show. We started about the same place so I bet pretty soon you'll really start seeing a difference in how you look.
