Holding Steady at 238.5! Did my first 3 mile interval this morning in a week had to push myself but i made it.It felt good to be back out there and see my friends.

I'm up 0.2 to 197.1 but I also went to bed around 3am so therefore weighed in a lot later than usual.

I signed up for the new gym last night, super excited and it goes into effect today. But I just hate the possibility that I may not get to go today because I have to catch up on so many things around the house, errands and such. That's the only part that kind of bites about the new gym is that on Sat/Sun they close at 6:30. Okay, I'm going to get my butt in gear (this was just a mini-break) and try and get everything done by 4 so I can go get in my workout. I do NOT want to start off the new membership with excuses!

Aimee -- Thanks for noticing! Yes, I hope it will come off quickly too, I lost a bunch this morning, so that's probably a bunch of water/sodium. I think it's great that you did a 'what went right' analysis to figure out what works for you.

Diana -- Congrats on being so close to your new goal!

Starbrite -- I love buying clothes in new sizes. For Christmas this year I asked for a few things in the next size down -- my motivation will be to fit into them by the time they are gifted to me. Hope you see onederland tomorrow!

Morning (9am for me but around 2 or 3am for you Swimgirl)Tried the "Thin" jeans on and they fit well !! Will by some goal jeans when I'm back in the UK
Frantic day yesterday - spent the whole day being Mums taxi and doing the chores I don't do during the week because work takes all my time.
I thought about what you said Vladadog, about taking aroun 70lbs to see the difference. I'm nearly up to 80lbs gone, and whilst I do see the difference, it's sometimes easier to see whats left to go. I am usually a very positive person, but there's just something mental about the way I view myself at the moment. Call it a hump or a process I have to get over
Angie - gosh me too ! I love the new sizes - it's so inspiring. Unfortunately I was hoping for the 2 teens, not quite to onederland yet,but I am aiming for that as a christmas gift to myself, and as I've lost 10lbs so far this month, I am hopeful
Have had a horrendous TOM - seems to be getting worse with the more I lose - perhaps I should get the old hormone levels checked ?
Down 0.7 to 220.2, looking for the twoteens tomorrow as the scale didn't oblige
Have a visitation today from my 14 year old daughters boyfriend! He lives in the UK and visits occasionally. Makes me feel very old indeed !

Okay, getting back to normal for me. I've gone back to phase 1 of my plan and I think that's helping a lot.

Starbrite - Oh, sorry! I must have misread or mixed you up with someone else. I'm hoping to be in the low two teens for Christmas. I was reading someone's blog yesterday, and they took pictures and measurements at every 10lbs lost. I remember she mentioned that the measurements helped were the irrefutable proof she needed when she just couldn't see the difference herself. It also told her if it had been upper or lower body where she lost. I'm thinking of doing the same, I still have a long way to go too.

Up slightly.. again. +0.3 to 197.4 but TOM is showing signs of arrival.

I'm so bloody tired. We were supposed to go out last night to have dinner and drinks with a bunch of family of friends to celebrate our birthday. I tried to make reservations in the morning and was told they didn't take res. after 8 pm so just come earlier (we were going for 9, because that's when hubby finished work) so I got there around 8:30 just in case it was going to take time to put the tables together, only to find out that the entire place was rammed, I got laughed at when I asked how long the wait would be for 15 people because apparently they were showing the UFC fight last night but the idiot on the phone didn't bother to tell me that! So we ended up making a mad dash to the liquor store and to grab some pizzas, and everyone came back to our place, but the stragglers didn't leave until about 3:30 in the AM! Can you believe? And that too because I finally got up to start cleaning things up hoping they would get the hint! Oy vay. I am tired today.

Ona -- I wish I could claim the glory for losing 7.2, but I'm pretty convinced it's been water and sodium whooshing away after a week long stint off the wagon. I'm happy we are so close in stats, seeing you keep doing it at the same weight as me is going to keep me motivated.

Kukkie -- Eeek, surprise guests that never leave! I've spent a lot of this weekend cleaning and tidying and I still need to do more. Up .3 is not too shabby following a birthday celebration!

Jeri -- Congrats on your .8 loss!
