Yes,I know ,that WW is wonderful,because I can eat delicious, that is why I chosen it.For me sometimes hard use points wisely too.I so like chocolate,but I don`t eat it,because if I eat up one slices,I could`t stop.

I have had a good day so far. I have been light headed when I work out with my trainer lately. I guess for the last month or so. So, today I varied my breakfast a bit. It worked. I did not feel light headed once.

AND..........a VITAMIN!! This is new for me. I HATE taking any kind of pill. My husband brought it to me while I was enjoying my morning coffee. He is too funny. I don't know if it was the diet or the vitamin, but I am going to keep taking a vitamin every day. I hope I remember.

So, after breakfast I have 27 points to use. I hope to not use them all, but I have a scrap booking night tonight (every 4th Friday). They provide dinner and dessert. Hope I do ok.

I'm staying within my 20pts because even though I've met goal I'm still not happy with how I look. I kind of have a bad attitude about the whole thing right now, so I haven't been posting. Didn't want to spread anyy attitude plague here!
I didn't go to weigh-in this week because I would have had to take my daughter with me and I just didn't feel like it. I'll go this upcoming Wednesday and just pay for last week and this one. I haven't gained anything, but I haven't lost much either. Maybe a pound. I haven't been able to go to Curves this week because I didn't have anyone to watch my daughter.

My name is Debbie. I'm not new to 3FC or WW. I've been doing WW at home and on-line for about 11 mos. I had great sucess but for the last couple of months I had lost interest and gained back 6 lbs. I finally started going to meetings. I'm really enjoying it and find myself wandering what I was so afraid of. My meetings are on wed most weeks but DH days off vary so I'll be attending the next 2 meeting on tues.
I also go to curves but the same story, I only went 2x in 2 months.
I'm back on track I went 3x times this week and last.

I am so angry with myself because all week i have been doing so well and i even resisted the temptation of getting Hungry Jacks meal deal large. Had salad sandwiches instead.
well i will work harder in the next two days as weigh in is on Monday night. i am not giving up even though i fell off the bandwagon and had a binge. I find weekends are the hardest for me. well thats it for now thanks sherrin
Hello everyone! Happy to see some more new posts here. I finished my day off just fine. In fact, I stepped on the scale this morning (like I do every morning), and am down one pound!
After adding in my activity points, I was under by a couple!!! Yippee for me. It is always a success to get through a scrap booking night without doing badly.
Working around the house all weekend. Hope to be able to plan my meals and eat well. Will check in later.
Hello all!!Welcome Debbie!! And welcome back everyone else. I felt bad for not being able to post yesterday. I did fine yesterday as far as my eating went. I stayed within my points and had some left. I just didn't do my regular walking and bike riding. Here goes for today..... breakfast-watermelon=3 pts.lunch-lean cuisine and green beans=6 pts. snack-mcdonalds ice cream cone=3 pts. dinner-smart one and cucumbers=3 pts. and I will probably have some more watermelon and maybe a ww fudge pop. I did ride my stationary bike for 10 miles and I walked my dogs for an hour. Everyone have and awesome night and a great day tomorrow!!!
I don't use my activity points. I have before, but not lately. I know I should, but I just don't. I guess in the back of my mind I am afraid that it may mess me up.(crazy I know, ww has done all the research on everything and they know much more than I do)

I made these muffins I found the recipe for on a WW site, wanted to share.
3c. All Bran Cereal
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2c. Water
1 Low Fat Brownie Mix
Preheat oven to 350* and spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Mix 3 cups all bran, water and baking soda. Let sit 5 minutes.
Mix in brownie Mix, Bake 20-25 minutes and enjoy.
Each is 2pts on WW, they are huge and they fill my chocolate craving.
Note: I made them and didn't follow directions well, lol...I just mixed it all together, not letting the 3 first ingredients soak...and I only put in 1 tsp. baking powder, I don't know why I couldn't follow this simple recipe, lol...but they turned out great anyhow!

I"ve had a great w-end with my family. We've not done much but everyone is behaving themselves...LOL. It's tough! My family consist of me, DH and 2 grown sons. They are just junk food eating machines.
The muffins sound good. I'll try to make them next w-end.
Hello everyone!!! How is everyone today?? I hope everyone is still continuing to do great on our lifestyle change!!! Sounds like it!!!! Here goes.....breakfast-1 pt. lunch-tossed salad and shrimp marinara smart one & ww fudge pop=4 pts. dinner-frozen mexican dinner and bean burrito=12 pts. I also had 4 baby back ribs that my neighbor cooked on the grill. I wasn't gonna eat them but they were awesome. 8 pts. I had a total of 25 pts today. I took my dogs for an hour walk and I rode my stationary bike 20 miles. I thought maybe I may need to do extra miles because of those darn ribs!!!!! Hope you all are kickin booty!!!! We can do this ladies!!!!!! Until tomorrow.......
Hello everyone. Sounds like a great weekend was had by all, including me. I did not get a chance to post yesterday. We decided at the last minute to go to the lake for the day. I ate well in spite of lack of planning and lots of junk food.

15.5 points for the day. I know that is not much, but I would rather have that than way over. It was just a weird day.
When I got home last night, I had dirty lake water stuck in my ears. I poured alcohol into my ears. I ended up in pain! Horrible pressure and burning deep down into my ear canals. I almost went to the ER. As a result, I am still in pain and skipped my trainer appointment today. I am going to urgent care instead. Don't know what I did.
Anyway, today I had my regular oatmeal for breakfast. That is 3pts.
