thanks for keeping track like that! I love the total for the whole group and hope that the people who did not update come and check in. I'm rooting for the group to lose that first 100 lbs!!!

Thanks for the doc berryblondeboys! That was neat to see everyone lined up like that.

My first week was strong, as always. I am in the middle of Week 2 doldrums. My second week back OP is always much, much slower as my body kind of looks around and wonders what the heck I'm doing to it. So this is expected. Still steadily dropping 0.2 per day. Was absurdly thirsty yesterday and got in about 5L of water... Holy moly. Body is definitely working on figuring things out!! Fingers crossed for a woosh to come

So excited about the weight in yesterday. And it was after traveling!!!

Starting weight - 164.6
Current wieght - 160.2
Goal weight - 154.6

Week 1: -4.2 lbs!!!!!

hi! I'm new here and I'd like to join as well. I am down to my last 10lbs for my "recommended weight".

From 140lbs last June 2011, I am currently at 110. Hoping to be 100lbs by September as well. The first 30lbs came off really easy, but I know the last 10 will be a challange. And I am up for it!

August 2011 = 110lbs
I do cardio every night for at least 3-4 miles and go to Zumba Classes twice a week. I eat healthier and is very focus on portion control.

Woo hoo, I'm going to cheat a little after looking at the chart, but I'll post my Aug 8 weight as my weight today since it was lower and I think it'll give me the motivation to keep working hard!

1st Aug: 146lb
8th Aug: 142lb
GW 136lb

If I can lose 6lb in the next 2 weeks I'll be more than happy I've not been below 138 for years and years...

I had a whoosh this morning, bringing me to 254.8. 4.4lbs down, 5.6 to go I haven't exercised yet this week and I'm a little bummed about that. No excuse other than I've been tired and addicted to Super Paper Mario. But I'm about to beat it. Only one final boss left.

I'm joining in late, but I hope that's okay. Doubt I can lose ten with what's left of this month, but maybe I can lose six. I will try for ten, anyway, because it reinforces my mood today.

Though I'm happy that I've lost a bit, I realize that my progress has been far too slow. Since November, I've lost about 18lb, but I should have lost about 36. I am not trying hard enough and it's time to quit making excuses.

Today, I'm 176-177. (Need a digital scale b/c mine is a bit funny). And my goal by September is 166. I'll be almost at my next mini-goal if I can achieve it. I've dropped down one size in pants, but the weight just isn't coming off of my belly yet and that's really where it needs reduction. I think that means I need to work harder.

So far, I've exercised only about 4 hours in nearly 11 days. Maybe in the next week, I can manage 5 out of 7.

I got my woosh! Hurray My weight has been creeping for the past few days, yet have been incredibly thirsty. My body was obviously up to something. And today I got my lb woosh! Just goes to show - be patient when your weight stalls briefly, it will be brief if you keep up your healthy habits.

That puts me at 5.6lb loss, just over halfway, and just under halfway to the end of the month! I can totally make my 10!

Also notable - 200.2 this morning - 0.4 lb to my lowest weight all year.

No real loss, but no gain! Yayyy! After the carb filled weekend with family in town, I consider this a success although it does hurt my 10lb in one month goal. Have upped my workouts and was back on plan Monday.
