I'm joining in late, but I hope that's okay. Doubt I can lose ten with what's left of this month, but maybe I can lose six. I will try for ten, anyway, because it reinforces my mood today.
Though I'm happy that I've lost a bit, I realize that my progress has been far too slow. Since November, I've lost about 18lb, but I should have lost about 36. I am not trying hard enough and it's time to quit making excuses.
Today, I'm 176-177. (Need a digital scale b/c mine is a bit funny). And my goal by September is 166. I'll be almost at my next mini-goal if I can achieve it.
I've dropped down one size in pants, but the weight just isn't coming off of my belly yet and that's really where it needs reduction. I think that means I need to work harder.
So far, I've exercised only about 4 hours in nearly 11 days. Maybe in the next week, I can manage 5 out of 7.
