I may be weird, but I'm not a fan of anything that is not green and leafy. Don't like squash, beans, okra and especially bitter gourd. My mom hates me for not eating much veggies. LOL

Fennel! It's the only thing I can think of, I must say okra is not sold here though so I haven't tried it.
Also Brussels sprouts are only bitter if you overcook them (which happens easily), like most cabbages. *defends belgian food*

Beets. Have tried beets in so many different ways and have found every single one to have that disgusting taste I can't stand.

It's like my best friend and lima beans - she won't even eat food that has been touching a lima bean, says she can taste it. I can't, but I don't doubt her...that's how I am about beets.

There are things I don't like the texture of (hominy), or only like prepared certain ways (broccoli), but an overall dislike? Only beets.

Peas. I dont know why. But my father used to pay me a dollar a pea at family christmas dinners so I would clean my plate. I still could only get like 2 down.

Onions, I can't stand them in any form. Also broccoli - I mean, I don't detest it but I only love eating it by dipping it in some sort veggie dip, not raw. Yuck.

raw tomatoes. the slime and seeds in the middle. ugh. i can handle em stewed or cooked, but raw? nope.

and celery. again raw. when i heard it had negative calories, me and a stalk of celery had a sit down at the kitchen table and i said, "this is it, it's time to like this celery thang" took and deep breath and a big bite. gagged. oh well, i tried.

Brussels' Sprouts. I know it's cliche, but they make me gag.

And I HATE raw peppers and even lightly cooked peppers. I can only eat them if they're very well cooked and soft. One of the most disgusting things food-related things I've ever seen was this girl waking down the street eating a raw green pepper like it were an apple. It was GROSSSSSS!
