Once in a blue moon I'll have a raw carrot or some iceberg lettuce but those times are really rare.
It's been this way since childhood. I was forced to eat 2 vegetables most nights & hid them in napkins or did whatever I could to not finish eating them.
Ugh, CANNED SPINACH. BLECH!!! Reminds me of what catfish eat off the bottom of the lake... and tastes about the same. No thanks, I'll keep it fresh, Popeye.
Okra-YUCK!, cooked spinach, ew.. raw for salads is fine.. collard greens, turnips, beets, raw cauliflower and broccoli, cooked is fine or steamed. lima beans, parsnips, celery unless smootherd in peanut butter..lol squash, zucchini, and Brussels sprouts, radishes, egg plant, Kidney beans I can tolerate them in soup sometimes.. but not a first choice.. asparagus, I'll eat it if offered to be nice to the host but yucky!
actually the list of ones i do like would probably be shorter

I FEEL YOU megan! I still don't like celery. And I thought that I just hated it before cos a lot of veggies in the Philippines were too strong...but when I moved to the US and tried the celery...eeeewww still not liking it =x
