Certain types of asian greens - they are SO BITTER! My husband likes them and says that I hate vegetables. This is CRAZY - I love them, just not bitter greens! lol
Anyone familar and know how to take the bitterness away - healthfully?
Courgettes, aubergines, runner beans, peas, kidney beans, swede, turnips, cucumber, green peppers and brussels sprouts.
Glad I'm not the only vegetarian who is picky about vegetables! I also hate certain herbs, especially coriander and mint. Like eating out as a vegetarian isn't difficult enough!
I FEEL YOU megan! I still don't like celery. And I thought that I just hated it before cos a lot of veggies in the Philippines were too strong...but when I moved to the US and tried the celery...eeeewww still not liking it =x
I choke...every.single.time. Not like the aaah i'm dying kind of choking but yeah blah I hate it and I can't even force myself to make my 2 year old eat it
Wow! I thought I was weird for not liking veggies!!! I cant stand cauliflower and bell peppers..any color. I cant stand them. I dont understand how people can just cut them up and eat them! It grosses me out!! Im sure there are other veggies I dont like, but those are the two that stick out the most. Ohhh....and cooked carrots!! I can eat carrots with ranch but it they are cooked, It grosses me out!!
I do however LOVE asparagus with olive oil and salt and pepper! My kids actually love this too!!
I hate to admit it but I hate brussel sprouts.....they grow like warts up the plant.....and beets taste like mud....other then those two I like my veggie friends
