I am down another pound this morning, feels good! The scale is my primary motivation for cutting back on the carbs, so I am going to continue to get on the scale daily until I am done with this. I have given myself at least a week of this, and if I am feeling better than I hope to continue on.
Didn't sleep much last night, so I didn't get up to drive Josh to work so I could keep the car for applying for jobs. I finally fell asleep on the couch at 5am, and Josh woke up for work at 6:45am, and then he got me a blanket, shut the curtains.. he's so cute!
I have actually been around 3fc a lot too, I came by here a few times and no one really posting so I stopped checking.
Aimee - WTG.. I went back a couple weeks and it sounds like you are going AMAZING!!! Keep it up! I worked two jobs once for a little while, it was okay.
I am doing pretty good, I worked my BUT off last month and lots 4.6 pounds. For how hard I worked, it's not much - BUT - it's more then I normally lose! So I am pretty happy with that.
Got on the scale this morning right after I woke up, bad idea... I stayed the same, poop! I know I shouldn't be expecting a pound a day, but yeah. Tomorrow is a new day!
Shari - still haven't gone to see her. Tomorrow I think, just got my work schedule, and I'm working 26 hours, which means I will be getting paid less that 700 bucks... depressing. I NEED to see a chiropractor to get my back feeling better, but I can't go because I gotta pay 40 bucks upfront, and just don't have that cash flow. Sad.
Courtnie - I am doing alright, my weight loss is soooo slow. Congrats on your loss! 5 pounds is pretty darn good I'd say! Are you still doing the low gi diet thing with Karden?
Tomorrow at work the big head honcho of my company is coming into the store, so that should be interesting. I might all dressed up and go in early and apply for that job.. thats the plan so far. Hopefully I can actually SLEEP tonight, so that'll be the final say on that.. cross your sleepy fingers for me! And also, I plan to be down 1 pound tomorrow.. so cross your skinny fingers for me too!
Yay! Down 1 pound this morning to 254, haven't been this low in a while actually. I didn't sleep too well though, couldn't sleep until 2:30am, and then was up at 7am to drive Josh to work. But I am still down 1 pound!
I'm up this WI. It's totally my fault and I accept that. This week will be better! I restarted my SparkPeople account today and I plan on going to the gym at least 3x this week. I start training for my new job tomorrow! Wish me luck girls, the whole at home thing is new territory for me and I'm a little nervous.

Food can solve the problem.. You need to stay focused on getting ready to see your man, plan for the trip, get excited for that! You are on a big count down, and trust me, you are going to need to have an unbloated belly if you plan have some "quality time".. if you catch my drift

Haven't been to Baked Expectations in years! I still have an upset stomach so I ate very little today. I'm craving a bacon and tomato sandwich though...is that bad? Going to down my water and hope for some rest tonight. Steves surgery is tomorrow and I am FREAKING OUT with anticipation and worry for my love.
