Shari - yikes!! I can't imagine having nightmare's about work! But yes, thats a good reason to get out of there!
Wendy - good question! I find weight loss either VERY hard or easy... on occasion it's both at the same time.. very odd. I guess it's a question of decisions, yes I could decide to have cake for breakfast lunch and dinner, but it's so not worth it, being present for each and every food decision can be really tiring. To make it easier I keep lots of things in the house that I can have, lots of those Thinsations, I think we bought 4 different types, I don't have them daily, but if I have a craving I know I can have that instead of indulging in something worse.
I am off today today too, and am on day 3 of being sick, yuck. I woke up at 4am Saturday morning and thought I was gonna throw up for a couple hours, still not fully recovered. Yesterday I went out with my grandma and aunt (shouldn't have, but thats another thing), we went to some country fair thing, Honey, Garlic and Maple Syrup Festival.. my grandma went to see an old friend perform. I was too exhausted to look around so I just hung out with her. It was interesting anyways!

I'm relieved he came this week though since TBL challenge starts next week. Not changing my ticker cause I know it's water weight and I'm going to be good this week so next WI will be good.
I'm sorry to hear that. Forget dieting, take care of you body! Less junk food might help with migraines, I find they don't bother me as much when I'm watching what I'm eating. Don't forget water. Hope things get better soon!
