Did you gain back allot after your first try? I am really scared of gaining during phase off. Were you eating right and just didnt follow the IP phase off plan?

I have been doing ok minus a cheat here and there. Its really tough though Today I drove by a Mcdonalds and wanted to stop and I also really wanted a starbucks iced with hip cream

I know what you mean about maintenance. That's why I'm afraid of phase off and maintenance I fear I won't be able to succeed. My daughter is really hard on me mentally. Tonite she insisted on eating my salmon and threw a fit where I couldn't enjoy my boring dinner because of the way she was acting. I don't know why kids act this way, she had her own meal. Trust me a much yummier one than my meal. She's really hard on me. My other children are good, she's the one that's going to make all my hair gray prematurely
Sticking to P1 the second, third, tenth time around is so much tougher I find. I was so diligent the first time, but that one cheat, honestly screw with your head. I have had an AWFUL day today, beyond bad, embarrassingly bad.....I hate these days where the food has a terrible hold on me, but tomorrow is a new day and I will push through and get back on. I am going to be a very part time coach, only Wednesday evenings for a new clinic in the area, so my hope is it will keep me on track and honest with myself. I am excited but scared as heck that I won't be able to be........but I am going to be so thats it!!!!!!! Good luck to everyone, this is a long road of figuring out what works best for us individually.
Lexi - I basically gained everything back. But I won't blame anyone or anything but myself. I went from strict phase 1 to cheats and tried to get back to phase 1, but couldn't stay on track so went off plan completely. Didn't help that this was in December where there were Xmas parties every weekend and I was visiting my brother for a week as well.
Thanks Sara and Roo. A balance is definitely hard to find....I hope we can all figure this out one day. I am feeling the effects of my out of control behaviour from yesterday.....bad headache.....just blah! But that is good, makes me want to get back at it today. Gonna be a tough weekend, Carrie Underwood concert tomorrow night, with dinner out first, then of course the bunny visits......my 5 year old is so excited and says he will share his chocolate with me.......ummm no thanks buddy.
