Everyone is welcome to post fitness and exercise goals for September here and then track them through the month. Track your workouts, your minutes, the times you take the steps instead of the elevators, anything that gets you moving more whether the goal is big or small.
We have a sister thread September Weight Loss Challenge for weight loss goals. Join in one thread or both! We'd love to have you with us.
Thanks to MeowMix who kept this challenge thread going over the summer.

Reason: update copy to page6
My goal this month is to (essentially) complete my marathon training program and do some additional cross training one day/week (walking, bike riding, swimming, etc.). I'm excited to see the end in sight!
Count me in! This is my first exercise challenge on here, I think it will be good focus for me. I'm going to try for 1200 mins. Good luck everybody! xx
