Lori - Good to see you in here. Almost 100 POUNDS LOST?! Holy criminy! That's amazing!

sun - You're so close to leaving this thread, it's scary, hehe. While I'd like you stay around, I hope you break out very soon! Hope your neck feels better.

kirjava - Way to go you for not emotionally eating. You're doing great!

fashin - I enjoy being in this thread with you, you're so sweet.

I'm up a little today from homemade nachos for dinner last night (I'm thinking it was the sodium) and I'm hoping to see it back down Friday morning. I'd been hoping to post at least a small loss this week, but so far nothing. I really need to be better about what's going in my mouth. I think I've been slacking about my choices, granted I'm still within my calories... but grapes or an apple is always going to be better for me than chips. Grrr, why do chips taste good? I'll toss them out tonight, they need not be in the house anyhow Here's to better eating!

Thanks again for the support, LiLLy and stargzr. I was told I could have more days off, but I feel like I need to keep myself busy, so I'm back at work. Some students are really good about it, but in this community most are very hardened to death so they're more upset that they have school today than the fact that their teacher has lost someone.

After last Saturday's weak loss, I'm really hoping I pull off a good one this week. I've been good, and TOM is now over, but for some reason I still feel afraid to step on the scale on Saturday.

Ive been eating a ridiculous amount this past week, especially sweets. Thats very strange for me because I dont have a huge sweet tooth. TOM started yesterday so I hope its all TOM related and that by monday my scale will not have moved back into 170. *crosses fingers*

I was at 169 this morning. TOM will most likely be here tomorrow. Just in time for V-Day.... booo! Hopefully it will be kind and bring a whoosh at the end.

Hey everyone!! I finally had a big woosh this week and made it into the 160's with you guys! I missed you on the 170's board!! I lost 3.2 pounds this week, so I'm at 169.4, finally!! I'm so happy to be in the 160's at last!!

stargzr I Know! thanks but this last lb is being stubborn! I was hoping to see 159 by Sunday's weigh in but its being a B***H!

So my neck feels better and I did my P90X yogaX yesterday with very little pain. yay back on track. Feb seems to be slipping away so fast and then there is only March! My sister's wed in April is making me push hard! I need to look decent by that time. Hope eveeryone is having a great OP day!

Well, my scale's been stuck at the high end of 166 and I'm really hoping it'll go down... I'm *trying* to be patient. I joined a challenge for the first day of spring, so hopefully I can do as well on that one as the Valentine's one. This morning I tasted a little bit of the pasta salad I made for a work potluck today. It was good, but a little off plan. I budgeted it into my calories (even though it was just a couple of bites) so I should be ok the rest of the day. Hope you're all doing well! Happy Friday!

stargzr, I think I'm doing okay. When I'm not keeping myself busy it's really easy to focus on the loss and just cry, so I'm glad I decided to go back to work. It's when I'm home that I can't keep the thoughts and memories at bay. Time heals all wounds, so hopefully soon I'll be able to pull myself out of it and remember him without the tears.

Welcome, lulu! 3.2lbs is quite a whoosh.

sun, I hope you hit the 159 mark on Sunday.

Edit: I did my weigh-in and I lost 2lbs, so I'm down to 165.6! I only need to lose 20 to reach my goal now.

stargzr good for you not going crazy with the pasta You will make your spring time goal I know it :P

Well my scale is still at 160 ho hum. It doesn't look I will make it in time for tomorrow. I don't know why its being stubborn. I am more upset about not loosing my usual pound a week. Fingers crossed for tomorrow~! Hope you all are doing great.

So I'm on my way to New Orleans now and I'm not going to be able to count calories properly but I plan on eating in moderation and doing alot of dancing/walking/running. I brought my scale so I can make sure I don't get too off track, my goal is to maintain at least so I'll check back in Monday and let you girls know. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Im still being not too smart with my eating choices and quite frankly I've had a pretty horrible week. However my scale isnt going higher than 169 (thank God!). Im not expecting a loss by Monday but I hope that monday will still show me in 168.

Ive been so moody lately. I dont know if its cause of the TOM, stress at work, or missing my bf who is on the other side of this continent!!! I guess all 3 combined are beating my butt!!! But I vow that after this weekend Im gonna stop throwing myself pity parties and go back into this with determination.

Thank you ladies for keeping your fingers crossed for me!!! Im still here wiht you guys and usually read the thread even though I havent been posting the past couple of days

OK Drummroll please.....159! As of this morning. I am not going to count it unitil I see is for a couple of days. BUT that was the first time I seen it since I was preggie Very happy today and a great boost to keep me going. Hope everyone is doing great!

Sun thats sooooooooooooooo exciting!!! Last time I was in the 150's was in high school!!! We'll miss you in this thread once you switch over but its a great way to leave this thread hehehe. Hopefully we'll all be joining you there very very soon!!

So i weighed myself this morning and the scale said 167.6. Tomorrow is my official WI so I wont be updating any tickers until then. I hope its accurate though cause it'll bring me closer to my short term goal!
