Ladies I am hoovering around 160-161....sooooo close! I really want to see 159 once this week. Even if I am not totally there yet. I still have 35 lbs left and only 2 months till my sister's wedding Hoping to loose as much as possible. Wish me luck!

ok ladies, I ate 1600-ish cals yesterday, but I didn't record exactly. TOM made me get chocolate, but at least it was dark. I felt like utter crap after eating it, though! Sugar high followed by a crash for sure! I stepped on the scale this morning and kinda tipped it on accident; I weighed in at 159.8 and was elated!! Then about an hour later, after laying around and thinking about it, I wasn't sure if it had been right so I tried again, 161.3. So Idk, we'll see tomorrow at official WI. For now I'm going to pretend the first one was the true number. I'd love it to be 150's... sooo close
wohoo for all the weight loss in this thread!! I hope I lose at least a pound or two by my next weigh in on monday. Keeping my fingers crossed. But treating myself to some pad thai tonight. Ive had a crazy busy work week

I weighed this morning and am up a little to 164.2 but it's still a loss from last weeks WI and I worked out kind of hard last night so maybe my muscles are holding onto a little water? Anyway, I'm hopng to see 162ish on my official WI (Monday) so I'll only have 2 more lbs to lose to get to the 150's and hopefully make my VDay goal. Not sure if I can do it but I'm gonna try!
fashinjunkie, i think the 150s are totally attainable for you! my WI is mondays too, so im crossing my fingers for one or two pounds. Ill keep my fingers for your to see 162
I broke through the 50 lb mark!!!! I expect next week's weight loss to be super slow compared to this week, but I'm happy. Less than 20 lbs until I reach my goal.

I didn't have a great loss this week. I only lost 0.4lbs, so now I'm 167.6. At least it's a loss, though! I don't think I'll bother updating my ticker until next weigh-in, which should be better because of this week's small loss.
It could be a natural drop in loss following several good weeks, it could be water weight from that sodium binge, or it could be that I wasn't taking in enough calories this week. I ran out of my pre-made meals, and didn't have time to make new stuff, so I've just been grabbing stuff here and there and probably not meeting my calorie requirements.
I'm making broccoli soup with chicken today, though, which should last me until next weekend!
Edit: Ha! Forget all my other excuses... I just went to the bathroom and figured out it's my TOM!
I'm afraid of my WI tomorrow because I was BAD all weekend but tomorrow is a new day and I'm getting right back on track. I was hoping for 162 but now I'm just hoping I didn't gain... Oh well.
