Yesterday at the gym I did some weight machines and my arms are hurting today!!!!!!!!!! Woohooo for building muscles. Today I will do the legs and let my arms relax.

sun - yeah it was totally unexpected. i was dreading getting on the scale but nope it was lower than before i left for vacation

missxB - you'll be there in no time!! Keep at it

Hey guys,
I'd lovee to join this thread. My scale has been bouncing back and forth between 161.4 and 163 but I can't seem to get under 160!!! I can't wait to be in the 150's, even 159.9 !! hahaha
So far so good with my eating today and I walked 2 miles on my treadmill so far today : )

Welcome, Calieghsmommy! Sounds like you are doing good, you are so close you will be out of here in no time!

Nice job on the exercising ladies! I haven't been so diligent so far this week but that is going to change tonight!

sun, my boyfriend bought the P90X like a year ago and never used it, he said it required some "equipment" that he doesn't have...? Is he right or can you do it with nothing? And do you need to be in good shape already to be able to do it? Lol sorry for all the questions I'm just really curious! I might need to bust it out and try it.

So, unofficial WI this morning is 163.1 that's the lowest yet! I am hoping for 162 by next WI (Monday) and 159.5 the one after that (Valentine's Day goal). Guess we'll see!

Welcome, Caleighsmommy! Hopefully you'll slip into the 150s soon!

I had a frustrating afternoon and felt like indulging. I stuck to SmartPop (except I had a couple bags), but where I went wrong was dousing the popcorn in onion salt.

I don't even want to know how much sodium I just ingested. I also don't even want to know how many ounces or pounds of water I will retain as a result.

Hopefully if I drink a lot I can flush it all from my system by my Saturday weigh-in.

fashinjunkie09- You do need a couple of things..but I got them at walmart pretty cheap, a pull up bar( mine fits in any door way without nails or anything and you can take it down in a flash) and resistance bands. Otherwise you need a chair and stuff. Its really high intensity my body is crying right now but I love it cuz I know I am getting a really good workout.

Kirjava - I hope it does flush out but atleast you are salted and not fatted! Water weight comes off easier!
Okay ladies I weighed in at 160 this morning but I am going to wait till Sun to see where I am at. That TOM is around the corner and it might not stay there Tomorrow more P90X! ouch!

Eeek I got on this scale this morning...just to track my progress and it read 167.6! Wow I sure hope it gives me the same number on Monday when I actually weigh in. We'll see. If i get to 160 or the long coveted 159..I will be ecstatic. I dont even remember when I weighed that amount in my adult life. I just remember being 150 the summer before 9th grade. Otherwise I wasn't paying attention.

Hi! My scale put me at 169 yesterday morning and this morning said the same so I decided to pop in on you all in the 160s!
I'm pretty excited to have hopped on into this decade and am not sure yet whether I want to stick with my current goal or change it. So for now we'll say I'd love to get to 161 and re-evaluate from there. Looks like you're all doing well so I'm sure there's plenty of motivation.

Stargzr, welcome and congrats on getting to the 160's! It looks like you have made amazing progress! I think that's definately the best way to do it, just re-evaluate things when you get to goal. I'm sure you will look great at 161!

Lilly, I know what you mean about hoping the scale still reads a low weight on WI day. It seems like my weight drops the day AFTER my WI day and I spend all week hoping it doesn't go back up, lol.

sun, I think I will be going to Wal-Mart this weekend for a few of those things and bust out the P90X and I think I will make my boyfriend do it with me, too. He is the one that bought it after all lol.

kirjava, just drink lots and lots of water and that little bit of water weight (if there was any) will surely be gone by Sat no problem. Good for you for sticking with SmartPop even when you were craving something bad!

This morning's unofficial WI put me at 163.5. It's a little up since yesterday (163.1, so close to the 162's!) but as I am still firmly in the 163's I am not going to let it bother me. Well, gotta get ready for work, hope you ladies have a wonderful day!

Hey ladies, like Stargzr, I saw 169 on the scale yesterday and again today. I've never been this low of a weight (unless it was in elementary school). I'm really excited to see where I go from here.

Thanks, fashinjunkie! I'm downing water like there's no tomorrow (and therefore making trips to the bathroom like there's no tomorrow as well ). I'm glad I ended up eating the last of my SmartPop last night, or else I might have gone for a repeat of the Great Sodium Binge of 2010. It's not even that I had a bad day today... that darn onion salt just tastes so good on popcorn, and now I've developed a taste for it!

Morning Ladies!! I'm holding steady at 169. I was hoping for a weigh in on Sunday of 167 so I only have 1 more pound left to lose for the Valentine's challenge... we'll see if I can get there, wish me luck!
