Smile Hello!

Real name: Nita

Geographical location: Northern Minnesota

Age: 35

Marital Status: Divorced but head over heels.

Children/Ages: 2 boys, 4 & 6.

Occupation: Billing cluck

Pets: Beddo (dog), Patches (cat), Onyx (cat) & a fish, name to be announced hopefully sometime BEFORE the fish dies of old age.

Hobbies/Interests: Anything crafty really but I'm especially addicted to scrapbooking and knitting.

Height: 5'3"

Eye/Hair Color: Blue/red

Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: 1/16/03

Starting Weight: 311

Present Weight: 185

Goal Weight: 135-140

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Water (HATE it!), eating enough protein and exercise.

Following any specific plan: No, but I probably should be.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: You mean other than it actually WORKED???

Anything else you would like to share with us: I'm having a really hard time finding a form of exercise that I can do with extremely limited time and money. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Last summer I was able to walk at least 5 miles a day and I got down to 147 lbs. Now that I'm a single mom, I don't have the opportunity to walk like that anymore and the weight is starting to creep back on and I'm in total panic mode. HELP!!
1 DH - love of my life
