How does brownies can fit into a healthy diet?

Answer : probably never.
Tuesday morning. I’m back at my lab after the Easter weekend, still kinda tired, with the contacts that want to literaly jump off my eyes, sore from the pilates and feeling miserable about the bad food choices I made this weekend.
I hate feeling miserable :-(
Even if I had a few workouts over the weekend, I know the food wasn’t what it should have been.
The problems were :
Friday : salty broth during the Fondue and apple custard
Saturday : leftover of apple-custards
Sunday : eating the Lindt chocolate milk Easter bunny I received from the in-laws
Monday : the tons of brownies I baked… but unfortunatly also ate
Usually I’m totally okay about having a sweat dessert once in a while, but 4 days in a row? That was too much. I’m gonna stay away from the scale until friday to do as much of damage control I can until my official weigh in friday (and anyway I need to get new batteries for the scale, great coincidence).
With the summer and the races season coming quickly, it would probably be the worst timing to start sabotage-ing my weight loss process, especially since I made up my mind to make it to 135 pounds. I made it clear with my boyfriend yesterday : we’re going back on track, more veggies, more healthy food, no more ”because some people is coming over” stuff. No more excuses. He gladly agreed.
Let’s get back on track!
