I might have a little bit of something in January and February, but I am starting fresh with March.

3/07 - 3.5 mile walk w/some running

3/21 - 1 mile x 11

3/23 - 1 mile x 10:42

3/29 - 1.5 miles x 22 minutes

4/6 - 1 mile

4/8 - 2 miles .. booyah

NOT RUNNING

3/23 - Shred Day 1/30, Level 1

3/25 - Shred Day 2/30, Level 1

3/27 - Shred Day 3/30, Level 1

4/5 - Shred Day 4/30, Level 1

4/7 - Shred Day 5/30, Level 1

4/9 - Shred Day 6/30, Level 1
