Diet:
South Beach Diet - I completed my 15th week doing this diet on 10/25/08 and I’m currently in my 16 week at 37lbs. lost so far. Yay! See my ticker!

Fitness:
Full Body Resistance Band Training by SparkPeople (3 times a week)
Tim Horton’s Power 90 Ab Workout - 100 crunches per day (everyday)
30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels (everyday)
