Day 1 of Round 2: from FAT to FAB (food diary) August 31, 2009
Ok, I know I’m late w/ posting but one of my besties came over and threw ya girl off her new blogging schedule. (will try to do better tomorrow, technically later today, but whatev….) Sooooo, Sunday (8/30/09) went a lil something like this!
Breakfast (around 10:00 a.m.-ish)
Cup of Mandarin Oranges
30 oz of H2O (yaay! only 34 more ounces to go…@ least)
Lunch/Dinner (around 3:00 p.m.)
4 Oven-Baked BBQ Chicken Wings
1 Bowl of Field Peas
1 Medium-sized Slice of Cornbread (Jiffy!!!!)
20 oz of Coca-Cola
followed directly by…
20 oz of H2O (what, what! 14 ounces to go, yall!)
Snack (around 9:45pm <—yiiikes! I MUST do better!)
Mini-Bag of Popcorn - Movie Theatre Butter (hey it’s my first day, give me this slip-up!)
20 oz of H2O (pooow! I got a little over my minimum 8 glasses in by getting in 70 ounces baby!**)
ok, that’s EVERY single thing I had on my first day. I’m gonna try to go get a few hrs of sleep now before my 7 a.m. alarm rings….blah!

**note = the reason I’m SO excited about the WATER intake is b/c I detest it w/ a passion outta this world! I’ve been known to go DAYS w/o drinking one ounce of water peeps. So, lemme celebrate my small victories…thank you! ![]()
