Getting Started
Today is the beginning of, what I hope will be, an amazing transformation. I wanted a consistent record of my progress and 3FC have been around for a very long time. I think I’m safe here. I am using the book You: On a Dietby Michael F. Roizen MD and Mehmet C. Oz MD. My doctor recommended it to me so after many years of being overweight…obese…and trying many diets, I decided I would sink myself into this. I haven’t read the whole book yet but what I have read makes sense. I especially love that they advise you to go by your waist measurement and not the scale. I have a personal love/hate relationship with my scale so I am jazzed to leave it under the bathroom counter. Today I am joining the 3FC Blog community and look forward to this new beginning.
