Well I am gonna cut this short b/c I have a screaming headache. Have a great day!

Hi there...
I joined WW. After several weeks on binging on and off and making no progress. I joined last Tuesday so this was my first weighin after my first week on points. I am doing well staying within my points and I am drinking my water. I am positive it is that initial big drop you get when you start trying to lose weight and it will level off with the next few weeks.

Great job Misty!!!! That is so awesome, you must feel terrific about yourself.
Your husband will care when he's got no clothes to wear, stick with it and don't give in. He's just being passive/aggressive, figures you'll give in eventually.

Yeah I hear ya Nikki. The money thing is a big deal. I know WW is bussiness, but they are so greedy about it ya know? Stuff that used to be free on there website isn't anymore. Oh well, I'll see how long I can do it. It's nice to have a night out.
Well I am being paged. DH rolled his ankle and can't walk so has been pestering me the last several minuts I've been on the pc, I can't even effing sit down to do something uninterruppted and without kids crawling all over. B/c even though they are sleeping he's annoying!
have a good one

I haven't been doing very well with diet thing. I just can't get myself motivated. I think I may have a little depression and I know that excersise would be good før me but I just can't get my *** moving. The reason why I am depressed is because since Feb my husand and I have been trying to have a baby, And we are doing the fertility drugs which are VERY expensive and I got artifically inseminated and it didn't work and then after that it seems that for some reason my hormone levels have been off. I don't understand why. I will go through the whole process with the drugs and they will draw my blood to check if my levels are up enough to do the insemination and they aren't. So we have waisted the money for n reason. So they will put me back on the pill for a month and try again. I went into the dr's yesterday and they did the ultrasound and thought that I might be pregnant because the dr could see something on my overies and thought that it could be yet another cyst or a baby. So, they did a pregnancy test and it was negitive. So they checked my estrigen levels and they were low again. They nurse said to me that at least we know that your overies are working. So they put me back on the pill for another month. This next round will be the last round. We have exhausted all our savings that my husband has gotten from all of his side jobs and we are going to call it quits. I don't know if this is caused by my weight or if it's my body. They dr has never said. Soooooo I need to get off my *** and go to the gym. I know I will feel better if I do go.

Karen, do you have or ever heard of PCOS, polycystic ovarian syndrome? My sister has it. It causes alot of fertility problem as well as weight and insulin resistance issues. It is possible to lose weight with PCOS, but nost often not without medication. You should talk to your doctor about depression. It can effect alot ofthinsg in your life, in the event that you do get pregnant you are at a much higher risk for postpartum depression if you had previouly been depressed. Check out the PCOS board on here and stick with us we can offer support too!!
I will keep you in my thoughts!!!

Hey there. Just checking in to say hi. Not much going on. We had the real estate agent over about the house and we are going to make some money on it when we sell but not as much as I'd hoped. Also I'm waiting on a phone call from a manager about a full-time job and I'm kind of antsy because I haven't heard anything. This week I"m not even worrying about dieting and exercise. I'll try and start fresh on Monday. Not that I'm binging or anything right now but I'm not going to kill myself over it either.

Well it is just a little under 7 weeks for this challenge. I know I have done squat, actually gained some but I feel a little better now than I did earlier. I read through some motivational stuff I found and it has given me some ideas for behaviours that I can work on that I know will show some results. So I"m going to revise my goal which was to be under 200, I'd have to lose about 4-5 lbs a week and that's not gonna happen. I'm going to be very moderate and try to lose 10 lbs. I was gonna say 15 but I"m going to stick with 10 and if I lose a couple of extra lbs then you know I will be very happy. At least then I will feel like I have accomplished something and will be motivated to do more.
Misty, how is the WW going? You did really well last week, I hope next week is good too. Any news on the laundry room?

Hey there, I think that is a good Goal, Jen. I am sure you will make it!
WW is going well. I don't feel deprived and I have even had a couple points left over twice this week. I haven't even touched my flex. It doesn't cure what got me fat in the first place, so I am trying to emply the 7 keys as well. Getting that emotional eating under control is a big one.
I have been working on my clay critters of late. That seems to help me relax and makes me feel like I am worth something. My Uncle opened a store and he took about 30 of my pieces to sell for me. So maybe I will make enough to go buy some more clay.
I joined a new group called slimmin' sistas over on the ww board. a bunch of us who started ww fairly recently. SO that has been fun. I can know come here and talk to you and talk to them. Keeps me motivated.
Josh put the dry wall mud on yesterday. So now all that is left is sanding and I agreed I'd paint. I like to paint. Then the clean up. I am not calling it done until he picks up those freaking tools! He's lucky I don't heave them out into the yard. He ahs a bout a weeks worth of work clothes so he better get cracking this weekend b/c he'll be wearing his Hans tow ork on Monday if he doesn't.
Well kids are up. They fell asleep this morning b/c they are ALL sick. So I let the sleep. talk to you soon

Wow Misty sounds like things are going really, really well so that is so fantastic. We are doing some drywalling right now too. Geez I hate that dust all over the place. I do the painting in the family here too. Drake has also been sick, ear infection. He started having fever Saturday night and complaining of a sore ear. I took him to the dr on Monday but she thought it was swimmers ear because we'd just been to the beach on Saturday. Took him back on Wednesday because the fever had continued and she decided to give some antibiotics. Since we started the meds he's been a lot better.
Anyways hope you are going to have a good weekend. Take care.

Yeah My husband doesn't beleive me that you are supposed to sand teh dry wall. Sheesh!
I'm sorry your son is sick. I hope he feels better. It's a giant snot fest here. Green gunk is something I do not deal well with. But I guess it coems with the job right?
I am so hungry. We are going to go grab something. I am hoping I can not go over board. I have 10 points and 35 flex points left. But I am hoping to save my flex points for the weekend. I made rosemary and garlic chicken, stuffing and mashed potatoes for lunch so I don't feel like cooking tonight. There is a carnival in one town and a balloon rally in another. We'll go to the balloon rally tomarrow to watch them launch, we won't make it tonight. SO I need to plan for that.
Well off to chaneg some diapers and clean up some kids so they are presentable to head into town Have a great night
