I have failed to meet my goals previously as well. I am so up for that challenge. The way you broke it down is so doable . I guess we should set up another board come sept 1. Three times is a charm and this will be my third time trying to reach a mini goal
Hey you two. I think you have both done so well and you both deserve 100 banana salutes but I'm way too lazy for that! Consider it done though.
I think another challenge would be great. I'll be starting WW soon, sometime this week, either Wednesday or Thursday so hopefully that will get me going.
I am so glad you are both on board. I had my final weigh in and I'm at 165.4 up again I feel like a yo-yo. It is not even like I gained a full pound it has been for most of August gaining .6 then losing .2 then gaining.4 lol . I never left 166-165 zone. I know September will be better. I am going for 159 by October 1.
I am commited to exercising again I think that really helps. I am going to challenge myself to 3-4 days a week of exercise.
