WTG, ladies...you are rockin this challenge!!!

I do have one question though....those of you who are doing really well, are you eating exactly at you target points or are you using some/all of your 35 flex as well?? Just curious.

Hey everyone! Well I gained this week because Aunt Flo came to visit lol. I'm ok with it and I'll just lose it next week and move forward. It's going to happen so I'm not getting upset w/ myself. Now if it becomes a regular thing then I might get a little upset w/ myself but I'm not going to let it lol. Hope you all have a great week!

Stacy, most days I followed my points exactly, one day I had 2 less, and one day I used flex. This is my third time (at least) starting WW and I usually lose more than 6 pounds the first week. Unfortunately, it doesn't continue at that pace - more like 1 or 2 a week. But you're right, Hildy, any loss is a gain!

Hi, do you all have room for one more?

I've been away from these boards for, uh, YEARS, but my username's still good, so I'm taking it as a sign. I joined WW last week. I did it on my own last time, but have had a heck of a time getting back on track with the addition of two kids in my life, and have ended up gaining back all my weight. Not that I'm blaming the kids, of course - they weren't forcefeeding me or anything . I'm hoping WW will keep me focused and motivated. I always found these boards really helpful, too, especially the challenges.

So, I haven't had my first official weigh-in yet, but given that Halloween is only 6 weeks or so away, I'll put myself down for 12 lbs from my starting (and current official) weight.

It's great to read about others' successes.

Michèle

Michelle - you sound like me - but I have bigger kids and I let their needs and lives control mine to the point that I let myself go totally. Yikers! There's always room for more members here - the more the better (in this case anyway )

I joined WAAAYYY Back too - I got a new email addie so it wouldn't let me use my old name but Suzanne fixed that for me and I'm BAAACCCKKKK!!!! I've been here since 1999 myself but for the life of me, I can't remember what name I had back then. I picked up Rosegarden in the early 2000s and it's stuck for me on the web. Welcome. There's lots of old stuff here and lots of new too. I love this site

Okay, WI was yesterday and I lost 4 3/4 lbs. So only 5.25 pounds to Halloween challenge. I can do it - I KNOW I can. This was my first weigh in, so it was bound to be good. From here on out, my fat starts to fight leaving me. It likes my body as I've provided a great home for it and I feed it well. Now calling all fat cells!!! I am stopping feeding you so well. Some (Most) of you need to find another place to call home and leave. This is your notice

Saturday weigh in, down 2.4 pounds! I was a little disappointed as the amount I'm losing has been decreasing a little bit each week. I know that's going to happen, but I sure did like those 4#+ losses while they were happening!

How much do most of you lose on an average weekly basis? Can you consisntently stay between 2-3 pounds?
