Good morning all! I weighed-in on Saturday morning and had a loss of 5.6!!!! Because TOM was last week, I was apprehensive about what the scale would read. My hope was just to lose 1lb. , but I was shocked and ecstatic with the week's results!

Here's to another great week!

Just popping into this thread also to keep me up to date. My official weigh in was 199.5 but I had some health issues this past Spring and I know I was up to 206 at one of my doctor's visits so somewhere between June and Sept 8th, I dropped 6 lbs. I started my WW program again on 8-23 but didn't go to mtg until 9-8. I am so excited. I hope some of this enthusiam here helps me through the low points.

Hi Everyone. I am up for a challange. I am going to say 10 lbs since I usually lose between 1 and 2 lbs a week. Which at first I wasnt happy with but hey look its added up to 24 POUNDS and if I lose 10 pounds that will put me at 197. Did you hear that...Yep thats what I said 197. Yes you are right my body has forgotten what that is like and so have I. Looking at it like that makes it seem so possible. Anyway I havent started weight watchers yet, I have been counting calories. I just started a new job last week (teaching) and they have a weight watchers at work program taht starts on Thursday. I am so excited! I am also starting a program at the Y tomorrow called Fit for Life so between the food and exercise program this should be a piece of cake (or bowl of light popcorn). I look forward to hearing about all of your success'. Keep up the great work. At the end we should tally up the totals and see what our Halloween challange weight loss adds up to for all of us.

Tonia

If anyone gets discouraged, make sure you visit the before and after pictures. It will keep you going that's for sure. I'm totally amazed at some of those stories.

I need to find a ticker to set up all these goal threads. It's 9-13 and its 48 days to Halloween. I can't wait to see where I'm at tomorrow at weigh in. The first "official" weigh in. I am not setting myself up for a huge loss as I know how slow it goes for me but ANY loss will be a good thing!!!!
