Thank you so much for all the suggestions. At this point I will try just about anything. I can't wait to get on top of this P.F. so I earn some activity points!
the other day I bought sketchers "go walk" they aren't the prettiest but they are so comfy and feel good on my feet
I have PF and have to wear my inserts on most shoes but these I can get away with and they are so nice to wear around the house (I'm a barefoot kind of gal and even hate socks)
Good morning all...it's been a busy morning for me so far, hope everyone is doing great!
Awesome job DrivenByAmbition!! Onederland !!
You can do it Kmac1196!! Hope you made it to Onederland
mandydawn77 you are doing great! 90 lbs lost is amazing, you are also consistently losing this month!
lazylioness hope you are feeling better!! Yay for the woosh!!
SarainMN I haven't seen the Sketchers Go Walk shoes but I do have some other sketchers that I love to wear all the time. I bought me some Nike Flex running shoes and I absolutely love them, they are very light and airy and wide in the foot area so very comfortable for walking/running.
Starting weight: 189.2 (9/28/13)
October Goal: 181.2
i've been posting my updated weight on my original post. i've lost just over 7lbs in two weeks, and WW suggested that i slow my weight loss down and eat more. i think it's just because i was eating SO much before and i do have a lot of weight to lose....whenever i've lost weight in the past, my first 3 -4 weeks always showed large losses, then it stabilizes.

anyone else have this happen in the beginning?
Yes! I have had this happen with everything I have done. Weight Watchers (which I follow as well) is a stickler for telling me to eat more when I have a woosh LOL. I ignore that part of it..because I will take it to heart and just eat eat eat! Just keep doing what you are doing and you will stabilize.
I did a trampoline workout today...much harder than it sounds-my legs are like jello
Now that sounds fun and interesting! Perhaps I shall check it out....not sure if my gym has a trampoline, but I can get one for the house..for those sitting around doing nothing times....
thanks lioness! i definitely don't want to just eat if i'm not hungry.
i'll just keep doing what'm doing, eating throughout the day and keeping hydrated. i definitely feel satiated and not overly hungry.
Most people lose quickly in the beginning, especially when they have been eating poorly before starting WW. I wouldn't worry about it. I think I lost more quickly than WW wanted for months, but I spent my whole life pretty much binge eating.

i LOVE trampolines. that sounds super fun
That is what is supposed to happen!
I am always a bit amazed, that some days I cannot eat enough...never feel full. And some days, like yesterday I end up with 6 points at the end of the day, so I add some peanut butter just to make sure I am eating enough (especially on a heavy work out day) and I can barely choke it down because i am so NOT hungry.
I'm halfway to my goal of 240, hopefully by my official weigh in day, Friday, I will be down a little more. It's going to be a challenge to make it to 240 by the 31st. Not impossible, but definitely a challenge for me. I've been doing good on my exercise lately so maybe that will show on the scale soon.
Friday evening is usually my splurge day because I start my points over on Saturday. I sure splurged last Friday, but I don't think I went over my weekly points. It was hard to add them up because I was at a buffet.
I have to be extra good this week because this Friday is our final weigh in for our weight loss challenge at work. My weight has to be 247 or under in order for me to get any money and as of right now I am the only one who has hit the goal (5% in 6 weeks)! There are a couple of others who may hit goal this Friday though, then I'll have to split the pot with them. I guess I can share, but I don't really want to lol.
I hope everyone is doing well and staying on plan.
