Ok so my damage yesterday was not too bad, I am down 1.4 not horrible. Honestly the real number is probably lower but we indulged on sushi last night for the eldest daughters birthday. Salt salt salt! I can feel it in my joints.
Yeah it changed, but I am not sure that it will change 5 more pounds by the 31st..damn it! To meet my 100lbs in a year goal I NEED it to change by the 1st at the latest....
I'm at 190.8 this morning (that's right - a 3.8lb gain) after yesterday, but I know that it's mostly salt and I'm not going to worry about it. I'll stay strictly on plan and continue my 30 Day Shred and trust in the system.
hey everyone, sorry i been a little MIA. i think the scale will likely go up for me too. i went out for dinner on saturday night and totally ate wayyy too much. it was all fabulous though. i still feel really bloated and have been staying on plan yesterday and today. tomorrow is weigh in, so i hope there isn't too much damage.

EDIT: my plantar facitis is at an all time high. i can barely put pressure on my right foot

Sometimes, the dinner is worth the temporary gain...as long as it is temporary
Have you tried stretching your foot? There are also some braces you can get at a sporting goods store that you wear when you sleep, they kind of keep your foot flexed and those tendons keep from cramping up.You may want to check it out.
I made it to my goal early! I hit a new low of 238.6 this morning! My goal was to lose 10 pounds this month and I've done it already. I can't believe how good this month has been for me as far as weight loss is concerned. I just need to lose 2 more pounds and I'll be at 100 pounds lost since July 2011 when I first started dieting. I haven't been this weight since I was pregnant with my daughter back in 1999!

i lost 0.4lbs, so hopefully its on it's way out! i do stretch, but i'm curious to know about the braces. is it like an aircast? i'm willing to try anything. my friend suggested compression socks, which i may also try.

i'm actually proud of myself today. we had an all day staff retreat, potluck style. surprisingly, i did not over eat. i had a small portion of chicken chili, the smallest piece of lasagna ever, and a handful of pretzels. i had lots of fruit and salad, no booze. after i got home, i relaxed for a bit then prepared myself an OP meal. not letting an "off plan" meal turn into an all day event
