Hi
Hope everyone is doing well I am doing pretty good ive been walking
every day I just bought a pedometer at walmart for $3.88 I am going to give
it a try see how many steps I can do in a day
Okay tomorrow is Friday hope everyone has a good weight in day I look
foward to seeing how everyone is doing

Hi everyone,
I posted yesterday, but then when I went to post reply my stupid computer lost my post, so i was to lazy to repost! Anyways welcome newbies. Sorry no one answered your post, but you can join us no problem.
Dusty looks like your hanging in there! Can't wait til weigh in tomorrow. I think it will probably be only 1 pound, but I'll take it! Superbowl was not a point friendly day for me!
Cheers for me! I FINALLY got my butt on the treadmill. Only walked for 20 minutes tho. But its a start! I also have been doing free weight lifting with hubby.

Okay I lost 1 pound it must have been using the pedometer worked
I did 4725 steps plus I did 35 min walking tape
So today I am going to try and do more steps then I did yesterday
Okay ill be back later to see how everyone did

I lost 1 pound also. Damn that superbowl! Anyways its still a loss.

YaaaaaaaaaaY us! We're all doing great. I lost 2 this week, so I'm on my way!!

Yea, I bet Superbowl is tough. I'm sure if I was a fan, I'd gain! lol

BTW, I found an awesome recipe for pesto pizza, if anyone wants it. 2 slices for 6 points. I think thats pretty good!! Let me know if anyone wants

Its Sat I did 4428 steps yesterday I am trying to do 5000 ill get there
KC you lost another pound that is great hey we are 1 pound less

Its Friday Feb. 16th I didnt lose any weight this week but I am not giving
up I just have to keep going it will happen

Welcome JJJ and reddress! Happy dieting!
I somehow cannot believe i have lost 9 pounds already! Time has really gone quickly. It really hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. Amazing how just counting points and cutting back your portion size really does work. I'm really not missing out on anything. I eat alot of the stuff I used to, just smaller portions and not as often. (plus I cut out alot of cheese, which i think is the toughest for me since I LOVE cheese!). Anyways hope the next few months are as easy. I guess I could be losing it quicker if I exercised like a normal person, but I haven't excelled in that area yet! (EEK!) As long as i can lose at least 5 pounds per month, which is my goal til June, I will be so happy! How is everyone else doing? Dusty, your doing pretty darn good yourself. Don't fret on not losing, at least there was no gain! You'll be at goal in no time! Keep on walkin!
JJJ and Reddress, what are your stories? Been dieting long?
