Have a Great Weekend Everybody.

Good morning ladies! I also weighed in this morning, 143.5! Last Monday I weighed 146. That probably means I should eat a little more bc isn't 2 pounds a week the max we should lose? I was going to allow myself a cheat day, but after seeing the scale, I have to try not to! Maybe some fat free goodies though.

Kempy,

Have you been eating alot of salt? Salt makes me swell up so badly. Try not to get discouraged, I know sometimes it's real hard. I had to do the checkbook thing yesterday, blah.

Angie,

Wow! 1400 e-mail messages!? Who do you have e-mail with? I think you can order an anti-spam program that will block pop ups and e-mail spam. Congrats on the loss! I hope you have a great weekend!

Cherie,

I am sure that 1 lb will be gone in no time. Our bodies retain fluids, etc, and therefore our weight can vary by as much as 4 pounds at any given time. You're doing great!

Noelle,

Congrats on the 1.8 pound loss! It sounds like WW is working for you. I have never tried sushi, but, am not sure I have the guts too. I am not much on trying new foods that smell funny, lol.

Hello to everyone else! Here's to an OP weekend .

Default Up again.

Ok... Scale is moving in the WRONG direction. This morning, I am 142.00. That is frustating on top of getting totally frustated with my girls this morning..... won't go into that.. other than, I am trying to make them eat at meal times, and not snack inbetween. And when you don't eat dinner the night before, don't wake me up at 6:00 AM when it's still dark saying you are hungry on a Saturday morning!!!!

Sorry.... just a little rant.

Holly!!!! FANTASTIC!!!! You are doing AWESOME!!!

Angie!!!!! YOU ARE DOING GREAT TOO!! Wow.... have a great weekend!

Anyway... gonna keep exercising and hopefully the scale will start moving back down. Talk to you all later!

Cherie

Oh BTW I bought a new digital scale. It was tweny-eight dollars! I did not think it was going to cost that much. Now if I can lose twenty-eight pounds !!!! I love it already, it is so much easier to read than the dial one. Julie

I am back! Can you believe that I stayed totally OP while we were camping? Well I did!!! YEAH!!!! I made a low fat cake for dessert so I didnt feel deprived. If anyone can ever make it to Maine I would highly recommend that you visit Camden,Rockport areas. The campground was so nice. There were pine trees and chipmunks everywhere so of course Rebel had to whine at them. It was so much fun. We found so many starfish!! That is nice for me because all the times I have been to the coast I have only found one starfish and when he dried he was smaller than a dime. I found a HUGE one. I took a pic of it with Brit that I will post in a second. The dogs were so tired last night that they crashed as soon as we got back from the ocean and didnt stir until this morning. The only hard part about camping is having to come home. Jay just sold his snowmobile so now I can pay my property taxes for the year AND buy a scrren add a room for the RV for when we go to Florida.

Cherie, You are doing everything right girl. I am sure it is just a little water weight and it will leave soon. Keep your chin up. I hear you totally on the snacking. It seems that is all mine want to do too.

Dips, You are so close to being home!!! All the italian food sounds yummy, enjoy it while you can. You never know if you will get back there again. Enjoy your last few days there.

Holly, Great LOSS!!!!!! I dont think 2 pounds a week is too many. When I lost the 135 that is about how many a week I lost on average. You are doing awesome!!!

Julie, Enjoy your scale. I love mine(sometimes not so much though. )

Here is a leaf peeper shot with my ugly mug in it.

Ciao Ladies,

Wow, what a weekend! My good friend, Lucia and her daughter Nicole, took me out to a fabulous italian restaurant and I had a blast! I am going to miss my italian friends so much. They are so thoughtful. i have one more lunch to go with another friend of mine and then I'm done with people feeding me! I also got an email from 2 of my buddies in Iraq who gave me a heartfelt goodbye that almosy brought me to tears. Just 4 more days until I fly into a new chapter in my life. And as a perfect end to my weekend, I am now into the 130's finally. 139 to be exact! I have an all new motivation and I'll need it once I no longer have access to a free gym

Okay, enough about me:

Angie- The pics are awesome! Brit looks just like you! That starfish picture is classic. And I must say that black is very slimming on you. Way to go on fighting temptation! This means I don't have to get on your *** this week lad you had a good time on your trip, you look very happy. I love your smile..might wanna have the hubby work on his though.

Noelle- Once again, I gotta give you props for being so brave and venturing into a new program to take charge of your fitness. By the way, how was the party?? I've never been to a luao before, I would love to go. In basic training, there was this girl from hawaii, Pvt. Medera (whom we affectionatly reffered to as Hawaii) who showed us how to do some of the traditional dances. What fun we had in our bay dancing around in our makeshift hula skirts! i guess the coolsest thing about the military is the exposure to other cultures. Anyways I hope you behaved yourself around all that good food

Cherie- My little trooper, how's it hangin'. It seems that you are the epitome of discipline. how have you done this weekend?Pretty good I would imagine, but i don't want to jinx you. I am really stuggling these day with my water intake. I twas so easy when it was hot, I had a bottle everywhere I went, now i have to make a conscious effort to get my ounces down. But I am trying to keep up with you so I am staying on track.

Julie- So did you get your walking in? Better enjoy it now befor it gets too cold. Not everyone can enjoy year round sun like Noeeelllle Let us know how it's going.

Kempy- Hope your weekend hasn't been too stressful. Did you enjoy yourself?

Wow I almost forgot it was Columbus day today. The Italians don't celebrate it. Well i'm off to try to pass more time away. TTYL.

Default Monday Again

Hey Everyone... well, it's Monday again. My Weekend was probably one of my worst ones yet. Didn't eat great... didn't eat really bad, but worse than I should have. Saturday, I didn't exercise at all... was a little blue about the scale, but it was mainly because I was dealing with a sick daughter. She had a fever, and started throwing up and just wanted to be held all day. My ex didn't make it in this weekend like he said he would, so there went any "me" time that I had planned. So, Saturday, I was a bum and did nothing but lazy around with Megan and watch football. Yesterday, I did manage to do one pilates tape, and 45 minutes on the treadmill, so it wasn't a totally wasteful weekend, however, I am still at 142.00. I didn't drink enough water this weekend, so I have already started this morning and will see if I can flush out a little bit of this extra weight that I am carrying. Today is a new commitment. I still have a week and a half before my goal of 138.00 will be here, when my friend comes in. I plan on staying OP and on track with my exercise all week long.

Dips.. Congrats on breaking through that 140 mark!!! That was where I was last week, when my weight decided to turn back the other way! Very frustating... but won't let it get me totally off track. Have fun your last week in Italy.... You will be home soon!

Angie.. WTG on staying OP all weekend long!!! That took some determination!!!! You will be where you want to be come Florida time! And BTW.. you look great already!!! Sounds like you had loads of fun! :-)

Julie.. you will love your scale... and as Angie mentioned... you will love it MOST of the time! hahaha... there are a few times it won't be so nice.... ;-) good luck this week!

Ok... Time for me to start this day..... This will be a great week! :-)

Everyone hope your weekend went well! Talk to you all soon!

Cherie

Good Morning!

Dips, It sounds like you had a fun weekend. Yeah Jay needs a little help with the smiling. He wasnt even looking at Brit either. He hates to have his pic taken so I had to force him.

Cherie, I hope Megan feels better. Good for you for getting in your exercise on Sunday though. I can feel your determination.
